The best headphones for call quality in noisy environments like Starbucks!
Ok, so I've bought and used literally a dozen bluetooth headsets over the last year.I'm a software executive and I work remotely from Starbucks five days a week. I do multiple conference calls per day, and I've been searching for the perfect pair of headphones that let me listen to music between calls, and provide superior call audio for Skype, Go To Meeting and regular conference calls. This is the first pair of headphones that I've reviewed that can pass the test of the blender and coffee grinder along with the background conversation and Bob Marley playing at moderate volume in the background.I recorded a conference call just to be sure, and listened back to the audio. While there were times where you could hear "something" in the background, it was faint and distant, and if I was talking or if another caller was talking, you wouldn't be able to hear it.The battery life on these is great -- rated at ~ 13 hours of use, 30 hours of standby and they charge over micro-usb in about 3 hours. They pair with two devices at once, so you can use them for Skype on the PC and still take calls on your iPhone, for example, and not have to connect/reconnect between devices. That's a big plus. The magnetic boom-mic does a great job in picking up your voice and screening out background noise, and the active noise cancelation on the cans does a great job. Now, they don't have a good Mac app, and the Windows app corrupted my Parallels Windows 10 install. Coincidence? Maybe. So that's not great. Also, the sound profile is very bass-heavy for music, and I'm not a huge fan of on-ear headphones in general, but I prefer these to neck-bud style phones like the Jabra Evolve 75e.I got a good deal on these at Amazon, and I'm very satisfied so far. The build quality is "ok" and the comfort is par for the course for on-ear headphones in my experience. But they blow away everything I've tried in the "coffee house call quality" test, and that makes them a 5-star buy in my book. These might not be your main pair for everyday or on-the-go listening, but I'll keep them on and ready for calls alongside my Bowers and Wilkins P7's for music-only (don't even try to do calls on those... the lack of side-tone and mic quality is worse than two tin cans and a string). The Jabra Evolve 75's are well worth a listen.

Absolutely the Best Headphones i have ever had
These are fantastic. I use headphone for skype for business phone calls all day long. Sometimes i need to switch to take an incoming phone call on my cell phone. We work in a small office trailer with 8 people and other trades coming in and out of the construction office. This noisy environment has made getting good headphone seemingly impossible to find. However, after many pairs and many returns. this is the one.I can have my music streaming from my laptop all day long to the headphone, then when a call coming in on either my phone or the skype, i will just hit a button on the headset and it answers the call.with one or two sometimes 8 people on the same call all with headphones feed back has always been an issue. these headphones are fantastic with knowing what sounds are feedback and what sounds are not. we do not have any echo when others talk where you are being picked up by someone else microphone.the active sound deading feature is perfect. its almost so good its creepy. it sounds like your in a vacuum. but its perfect for noises environments. if you don't like the feature just press the button and turn that off.out of the box, i turned them on and it said 9 hours of battery left..... these absolutely last all day.now distance is good... but because we are inside a metal job site trailer i can only go 30-40' but that is because of where we are. in a cube farm i would not doubt with no walls and things you should be able to get 100'the charging station is awesome. i always forgot to charge my head phones but now i just set them down when im done with them and they keep charging.I was surprised to see the hard case for them in the box. i did not see that in the description. but that is perfect as we travel A LOT from the current site to the next Scope Of Work meeting we need headphones that can travel.they can be charged on the road with a android cable.. you dont neeeeed the stand.i have all great things to say about them.
