Xigmatek Cooling Fans XOF-F1253 2pack Ocean Blue

These fans are great. I was surprised how quiet they were and how smooth the rotation was when I spun the fan. Most fans have noticeable friction and rock back and forth when coming to a stop. These fans are much more fluid than that which is probably why they can reach high speeds while maintaining such low noise. I was fortunate enough to have a case that could accommodate the strange exhaust only mount system. With the case screws provided by my case (not the included screws), I could still use these as intake fans and they work great. The only other note worth mentionable is that the color of the fans is slightly duller than the pictures you see. Yes they're still a light blue, but they aren't the bright light blue depicted. I'd describe them as what you see on a clear day when you look up (a slight greyness to the light blue color). Other than that these fans are pretty slick and I'd buy them again without a second thought, especially for this price!

I like the fan. Very quiet, a nice look, and a good price. However, it wasn't even 6 months after I installed one of the fans that it would buzz like chainsaw when I would turn on my PC. After about 60 to 90 seconds it would quiet down. Blowing dust out with canned air had no effect. I'm lazy when it comes to working on my own computer so I just tolerated it for the last 6 months. Today I finally replaced the fan with the other one in the pack. Hopefully I can get 12 months of use out of this one. An FYI to this company and all companies that manufacture items. If you really want to stress test your products, test them in Phoenix, Arizona. If the product can survive here it can survive just about anywhere. (Maybe not Antarctica)

Quiet and pulls good amount of air. Buyer beware, these can only be mounted on one side of the fan (outflow). Good for pulling air out of the PC case.

I bought to of these to supplement the stock fans in an Antec 300 II Case. Installed in the 2 front mounting positions as intake fans. They provide more airflow than the stock case fans, and are noticeably quieter.

Nice silent fan but only has mount holes to be used as a case exhaust fan. If you want it to blow in you'll have to get creative. Custom screws or zip ties would do the trick.
