Swiss Ortho Sleep®, 10" High-Density, 3 x Layered reversible LATEX & MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS, w/Bamboo Cover, (Queen)

I have owned a Sleep Number and Sealy Posturepedic which each cost 10-15 times as much as this mattress, but I am so much more comfortable on this!!About me: I like a firmer mattress. I weigh about 185. I have a herniated disc in my lower back,and some shoulder issues.About the mattress: It's firm enough for me, but soft at the same time- not saggy at all. What I mean is that it supports me, but when I wake up in the night I am still comfortable enough that I often don't even feel a need to turn. I can't imagine a better mattress- its truly deluxe.

Mattress is very firm and the off-gassing was too much for me to handle. Customer service was super in resolving the problem.

The mattress has a terrible musty smell. The package smelled but I thought the mattress would be okay since it was in plastic shrink film. But it also smelled.Knew I could not send it back since I would never be able to get it back in the box alone so I aired it for over a week. I used febreze extra strength. I removed the cover and sprayed and aired with no cover. Had someone else sniff and thought it was okay. But I move at night and get the odor wafting up.I will continue to try to reduce the odor. I expected a chemical, off gas smell for a few days but not musty, moldy smell. The seller would have to know this problem exists because the box reeked. I read reviews for some Zinus products with a similar problem.It has been a very disappointing purchase. The bed is comfortable but the smell is ruining it for me. If I had it to do over, I would have returned it without opening based on the smell of the box. So if you get one and the box smells, send it back then.For comfort and price I would have gone 4-5 stars, for smell and effort trying to get rid of the smell I would choose zero stars.

It’s been over a month since I received this. It’s still a bit too firm for my preference, but my neck and back problems aren’t nearly as bad as they used to be. There’s definitely an odd smell at first, but it’s not even bad. The cover that it came with keeps the mattress very cool. I know foam mattresses can get hot easily, but this one stays pretty cool. Overall, great mattress for only $200. I honestly wish I hadn’t waited so long to purchase.

On our bed,,,,fine first night, then it felt hard not quite giving enough,, we wanted to give it a chance and by the time we decided we wanted to send it back box was destroyed, and no idea how to make it small,,,now we put a 4in, memory foam on it now we are good.

Omg! This is a great mattress. I waited a couple weeks before writing my review so I could actually test it out. It is so comfortable and I don't feel like I get too warm or anything! My hips and shoulders don't ache (I'm a side sleeper). I feel like I get much better sleep. It's not firm but not soft. Idk how to describe itKinda like youre floating on top of it.

Amazing deal. The quality and comfort is just right, it comes with a good cover. The packaging is easy to inbox and set up.My girlfriend loved how comfy my bed is so I tried to replicate it for her in her new place. I bought this for her and now I prefer her bed over mines!

Bought this mattress for my son who is 10 years old and he loves it. The mattress is very comfortable and does not loose shape. The mattress is firm but as you lay on it the mattress supports your body. My son likes this mattress much better than his spring mattress he previously had.
