Love this. I recently started baking bread and realized it was very messy. I wanted something that could control the mess, but was also helpful in other ways. This mat was perfect. It has different measurements for crust sizes, cutting sizes, I can knead dough, cut dough, and measure it all in one place and then pick up the mess and take it to the sink to wash up. I use this almost every weekend and I love it. Especially love that it is grippy. Once I stick it to my counter, that thing doesn't go anywhere until I peel it off. It is thick, so I don't worry about using a dough cutter on it. I like that it just rolls right up for easy storage. I just put it in a drawer next to my rolling pin.

This pie mat is DA BOMB!! Got it quick, exactly as pictured. Love that it doesn't move around at all while rolling dough, shows various sizes for round pie dough diameters & dough log cuttings (so you don't have to guess), plus you can roll it up & fasten it with the included tie so it will stay rolled up, orit can be hung up! Fits perfectly (if rolled up) into a 2.5 gallon ziplock baggie to stay clean in storage. This size mat worked perfectly for me, I didn't want a super huge one to wrestle with. Super easy to clean, just make sure your countertop is very clean because any crumbs/debris will stick to the back of it. Made 5 pies right after I got it, & it made it much easier for sure. This is a great find. This mat rolls up, has a cute zip tie to hang it up, and is glossy enough to help keep dough from sticking. The raised edges also help keep the mess down. I chose the green color so it would be easy to find in the bottom cabinet. I truly love this mat, and will get lots of use out of it.

First time use. It worked out really well, nice large size and it kept my table clean. The surface was just enough non skid to hold parchment paper in place and I didn’t have to constantly keep adjusting the paper. I ended up folding the mat in half long ways and rolled it up and put the tie on that was in the package. I’m thinking this is going to be an asset in my kitchen. I would give a 5 star but I’ve only used it just this once as I just received it.

I just love this. It’s really a game changer for me. I’ve used it three times now and still love it. It’s slip resistant (I use a spritz of water underneath and it doesn’t move) and it’s easy to clean and I just roll it up when I’m done. Great quality too - nice and thick with a lip to hold in any liquid.

Excellent! I used it as soon as it was delivered. Delivery went well by the way. The mat is pretty large and really nice. I enjoyed using it…I felt like a kid with a new toy because I really needed a good mat and I hit the jackpot. Love the measurements on it. Thickness is good. Just nice all the way around .

Finally got something for dough other than my wood cutting board that wasn’t that large and kept moving. I chose this style and brand because it was thick and I liked the edge lip on it. I don’t mix my dough on the mat but the edge helps to keep flour on the mat which I like. It’s a good size, and best part it doesn’t move at all when working with the dough. I also found that I really didn’t need flour ether like with my wooden cutting board. The dough just doesn’t stick to this. I had a little on there to begin with but soon realized I didn’t need it. I made another loaf and used no flour and didn’t stick. Even flipped it over no issues. So using less flour is always good. I used a dough cutter also and didn’t leave a mark on the mat. The markings are nice, if you’re making pizza the size is right on it and all the other measurement will make things easier. All in all I’m happy with the purchase and wished I had bought one before. When all done just roll it up. Storage and cleaning was easy.

I use it almost daily for sourdough. It's good, but I wish it was a bit heavier/stayed down better. Cleans super easy.
