Simple and works
Works. Took some time and a you tube video to figure out how to thread it, not to mention some reading glasses to SEE where to thread it. Yet, i totally sewed a privacy backing for my bamboo blinds and have been finding other things to sew.

Worked great!... For Five Seconds
The instruction "Booklet" was a single piece of paper that had pictures that demonstrated how to thread/operate the machine the size of a nickel. The machine worked fro about 5 minutes before i decided to swap the thread to work on my project it was intended for, after I threaded it correctly (I looked up tutorials online since i could not read the instruction booklet) the machine would not catch where a normal sewing machine's bobby would be. I would have given it a 1 star but the machine worked as intended when it did, I hate the fact that it no longer works because it was working so well.

Great customer service, responds quickly
when using this product I was unable to make a "knot" so it would keep unraveling after making stitches even after going backwards to try to knot it so it would stay. It would be an awesome little thing if either I could figure out how to knot it so it does not unravel or if they made the machine a little different. It is a bit difficult to get the thred into the needle, so If the needle hole was a bit larger it would be much easier. They do have great customer service and respond quickly.

Correction on previous review
I had said in an earlier review that my machine had arrived used. I didn't realize the machine comes with a swatch of material already in the machine. A little odd, I think. The machine works OK once you get the hang of it. It is faster than handstitching

Buyer Beware
This device didn't meet my expectations. It's awkward to handle. The thread extension constantly falls off and the needle jams. The thread never locks in place to begin sewing. I haven't sewn one shirt, pants cuff or sock hole.

Disappointing
Could never use it. Would not recommend it. Not user friendly. Cheap material.

Broke almost immediately.
It worked really well for about 5 minutes and then stopped doing the understitch. I can't figure out how to fix it.

Product failure
I purchased this product and it was so bad that I threw it into the garbage. It is garbage.

Fell apart taking it out of the package Sorry I bought it.
