Don’t buy
This should receive 0 stars. As all the other reviews say, the product has worn down after a few uses. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!! Save your money

Intense jaw workout
The media could not be loaded. This really works out your jaw! I've only been using it for a few days and after each set my jaw is exhausted. It recommends that you don't use it for more than 15 minutes a day but I'm only able to use it for less than 5 before my jaw begins to hurt from the exercise. I'm sure if you use this consistently you will get a chiseled jaw. I think this is also helpful for use when fasting since it mimics chewing and you're going to be too exhausted to want to chew any real food.

Excessive wear and tear for the price of the product, that doesn't seem normal to me.
It's barely been a month since I bought the product, which seemed to be of good quality, but I'm very disappointed because I notice they are already broken in the middle and the hardness is no longer the same as before. The plastic is gradually breaking, and evidently, I'll have to throw them away soon as they will be cut in half. See photos for reference.

I like it but I got burned out on it, cant seem to keep a good schedule of using it.
I’ve used it a few times, kind of got burned out on it, but if you keep a schedule of doing it you will feel the burn and get sore from using it..

Definitely feel the burn
When I got these I didn't realize they were pr appeared to be more geared toward men but as someone who is a former smoker, emotional eater & loved gum but gave it up, these things are awesome. Once I started using them I can't stop. I love them, maybe more so for the oral fixation but I can feel the burn in my cheeks/jaw. They're also a great fidget toy for people who need that stimulation. I recommend it.

Negative reviews are true
Unfortunately, despite the negative reviews, I decided to give the product a chance, hoping for a better experience. Regrettably, after only four uses, the product unexpectedly tore apart. This incident compromised its structural integrity, rendering it incapable of providing the necessary resistance for effective jaw muscle exercise. While I must acknowledge the product's commendable packaging and presentation of high quality, I am unable to recommend it to others due to its subpar material, which is prone to tearing and results in a significant loss of investment.

Poor Quality
I’ve had this product for approximately 5 days and used it as designed pet instructions listed. I am very displeased with how quickly these damaged. I expected and anticipated a long journey with these…not less than a week.
