ARCTIC TP-3: Premium Performance Thermal Pad, 120 x 20 x 1.5 mm, (stackable to 2.0 mm without performance loss), 4 Pieces - High Performance, particularly soft, ideal gap filler, bridging gaps

These thermal pads worked perfectly. A friend’s PC had stopped working properly—it would power on without the GPU installed, but wouldn’t boot when the GPU was in. After some investigation, there was a fair amount of grease buildup on the GPU (they smoke and cook a lot nearby), so I took it apart to clean it and replaced the old thermal pads with these. The ARCTIC pads were easy to work with, nicely soft, and fit well as gap fillers. After reassembling everything, the GPU worked perfectly again with no issues at all. Really impressed with the quality and performance. If you’re refurbishing or repairing a GPU or other components, these are excellent thermal pads and absolutely did the job.

I really like this stuff - I use it in combination with PTM 7950 on 2 PC's and gaming consoles and it really helps with temps. It works great applied directly on my M.2 SSDs, with their heatsinks applied on top. On gaming consoles, I use this on the chips around the e-gpu and also on the HDMI chip next to the port on the motherboard as this area gets too hot for my liking. It's easier to cut to size and apply if placed in the fridge a couple of hours before needed.

Perfect amount for Xbox series X full thermal pad replacement. Temperature dropped significantly from stock thermal putty. Easy to cut and install. They are of a low stickiness and can be reused if careful when removing. 1.5mm is perfect for series X.

I don't usually review things, but had no choice with this product. I bought this for my first attempt at replacing thermal pads on my 308012gb Strix Graphics Card. I was bricking it to say the least as it's an expensive peice of kit and didn't want to get it wrong xD. After a long process of carefully getting the job done I cannot recommend these pads enough! Really easy to work with and the ability to stack the 1mm pieces into 2mm pieces was the reason I went with these pads. I used these along with Arctic MX-4 thermal paste and my GPU has never seen better temps. I've gone from between 70 - 80 degrees under load to not even above 50 degrees under load! Could not believe my eyes lol. All in all a job well done and a massive thank you to Arctic for yet another awesome product! :) If you're looking for thermal pads for your GPU don't think twice, just buy!

This thermal interface works excellently with rapid heat transfer and dissipation. It’s extremely easy to cut to size and apply with nice firm adhesion. It comes in a protective plastic film that peels off nice and cleanly. For context, I used it in my M2 MacBook Air to thermally connect the mainboard to the aluminium casing, which it does excellently. Almost immediately the heat is pulled out the processor and dissipated across the surface and through the 1.5mm thermal pad. For this application it works excellently, and I think you get enough for the money, although a little more would of course be appreciated.

- Strips are well packaged. - Sticky enough to stick well, but not too sticky to readjust when you make a mistake. Same applies for stacking. - Firm enough to hold together during handling, but easy enough to resize. - Haven't had heat alerts on m.2 ssds since the application, where I would have normally, so it does the job.

My razer blade has been overheating since I bought it four years ago so decided to take a more extreme solution to cooling it by replacing its thermal paste and pads. From recommendations on YouTube and Reddit, these were the pads to go for. I can see why as now some months later my laptop is still running noticeably cooler and performing better now the stock pads have been removed. Easy to use and install. Great value for money.

Switched to these pads on my Gigabyte Aero 16 (i7-12700H / RTX 3070 Ti) after using stiff premium ones that didn’t compress well. These are much softer and instantly improved thermal contact. Temps now idle around 36,37°C, the lowest I’ve ever seen. Spikes are rare and drop fast without triggering full fan ramp-up. I used 1.0mm for most chips, 1.5mm for areas with more gap both fit perfectly. After a short bedding in period,laptop is quiet, and performance is great. Highly recommend for performance laptops.
