Easy to Put Together & Looks Great
This was easy to put together (it took awhile, but the instructions were clear and the diagram of the finished product on the first page was extremely helpful). Did install the piece of wood in the back incorrectly, but it looks fine and doesn't change the use.It looks fantastic and serves the purpose I needed it for. Probably can't hold a significant amount of weight in the drawers, but u didn't need it to do that anywaysOverall, great purchase especially for the price

Just a little Short
The product was not hard to put together, it was very sturdy and matched my office. Two suggestions1. Would be for the bottom section to be at least 11.25 inches (bookcase) so that you can put binders on the shelf. Currently, the section is 10.71 inches.2. Some optional sides, so items don't fall behind or off the shelvesI would buy it again if I needed an additional cabinet.

I hated putting this together
I purchased this product so I would have a file cabinet system in my home office. For the meantime, my paperwork is sitting in a box behind my desk. I liked the look of this piece of furniture. To me, it looked like the entire bottom drawer would hold a lot of files, it doesn't. I liked that it had shelves and the cabinet would be large enough to hold my Brother laser printer. I am not; however, happy with the assembly of this product.First I will say, there are not any written directions on the instruction booklet. The pictures are also very small so there are a few things that are hard to make out. For instance, when you're assembling the drawers, the instructions show no illustrations that the drawer slide can detach from each other. Thank goodness for my husband showing me this because I found it hard to try to attach the drawers not knowing that. So be advised that you can slide the arms out of the drawer slide assembly for easier installation.I also encourage you to purchase your own screws and wooden dowels for assembly. As with most, assemble yourself furniture, this is made of particle board and the screws are cheap so they strip easily when tightening them down. The E screw in particular, has no pointed end, its blunt, so you will need some leverage to push the screw in while you're screwing it in even if you use a drill. Lastly the wooden dowels are way too long for the installation. I had 4 of them pop through the side of board its affixing to because they were too long. So now I have 4 huge dings in the side of the piece that is due to the dowels being too long.Overall, I am not happy with this product. It doesn't have the file capacity I was wanting and with the damage caused by inaccurate assembly tools, it just wasn't worth the headache putting it together. Since It's put together, I won't disassemble it or return it, but at least I hope potential buyers read my rating and take that into consideration when purchasing it.

File cabinet with shelves
It’s alright. It was hard to put together and I’ve put quite a few of these together. Got frustrated and had to take a break.

Nice Unit, Needs Better QC Process
The shelf and cabinet unit is nice and compact, great for small spaces. My only complaint is that the file rods were not cut correctly. One of them is too short so I can only use one side of my filling drawer, which I purposely purchased to have a larger filling cabinet. Anyway, I think the manufacturer needs to improve their quality control so customers (like me) get everything they paid for.

Only one section on bottom drawer for files
Overall, it’s a really pretty product and it took a few hours to assemble. I was really disappointed with the actual filing system part of the filing cabinet as there is only one small section on the bottom drawer for files it looks like you should be able to divide it into two sections but it’s not wide enough on the right side to hold two sections of files I would not have purchases if I had known

It's actually quite wobbly (it was for me anyway), and not the easiest to assemble
The media could not be loaded. Ok a few frustrations I had building this but then again I'm not the best with flatpacks, but hopefully will help some others;Where it says on Page 3 to "Disconnect the keyboard rail with the Black Plastic Part, it needs to be pulled down", this doesn't apply if you happen to have already screwed the runners in, as the plastic parts may need to be lifted either up or down depending which side they're on (while using all of your fingernail strength to hold it in place while sliding out). There was a wobble we just couldn't get rid of for the whole unit, even when everything was put together and tightened properly. We had to workaround this by just keeping it squished up between my large computer desk and our hairdryer cabinet. There was no screwdriver / piece provided for the weird screws with holes on their heads, luckily I had my own screwdriver piece for this.I agree with others that you may need to buy your own screws/dals. I bought my own screws for fitting the railings on from my local Hardware store, just need to make sure they're as close to the length and head size as the provided ones (which aren't that great and only seem to have been provided 4 of these instead of 8). Plus there were no screws or pre-drilled holes for the drawer lock, so had to use some from my own set of sharp mini-screws to directly screw them into the 4 lock holes.I must say though the provided magnetic screwdriver (black handle) has very good grip and really helped when screwing the railings into the drawers, will make a fine addition to my collection (Star Wars reference) :)Having said that, I still had to use the end of my shirt with the screwdriver for even more grip on occasion, as the holes in the drawers weren't drilled as far down as they should be, so it really hurt my hand :(Overall it's not been the best experience due to the headaches assembling this all, but at least it does look nice and suited our purposes in the end.Hope all my pics & vids here are helpful!
