This product is excellent... and typical of what I expect from Dr. Berg. The balance of electrolytes and ingredients is impressive, and - especially if you're working out or live in a hot climate - electrolytes can make a huge difference in endurance and energy. Recently, after surgery, I found myself feeling lightheaded at times. My "gut feeling" told me that the issue might be electrolytes, so I tried this product... and it worked well and quickly. This is a great product to have on hand, and - for me - far better than electrolyte beverages that may not have high-quality ingredients. Thank you, Dr. Berg!

Dr Berg makes a great product. I have an ileostomy and struggle often with maintaining electrolytes but this product simplifies it.

I recommend these electrolytes. Easy to take and so much better than those electrolyte drinks with lots of sugar.

I like Dr Berg's products in general. The hydration powder in individual serving packages is what I had been using regularly during my summer hikes/jogs. Some of the flavors in the assorted package of individual servings are not to my liking, although I used them all... mixed into a standard sized bottle of chilled spring water to go out on the trail. This is the same product without the appropriate sweetener in capsule form. Dr Berg's hydration formula emphasizes healthy salt and other ingredients and also doesn't contain unwanted chemicals. I used to consume well -known brands of "Sports Drinks"... until I began following Dr Berg and reading labels. Those mass market products are full of substances I no longer consume. These capsules are convenient to take so you don't have to mix the powdered product and they provide support with a good balanced electrolyte formula.

Must try. This is one of the most important supplements that I ever used. Dr. Berg's products are the highest quality out of all vitamins and supplements I found in the market and his Electrolytes are #1 no doubt. I take them daily and since I started I see a massive difference in my health, no headaches, good hydration and I am much more awake. Awesome product.

On my lab test, my sodium is always low. Being able to take these electrolytes in capsule form make it so much easier to be sure I'm starting today with a balanced amount of the electrolytes needed by our bodies. This way there are no added sweeteners. I like his products.
