Should be standard equipment
It has already passed the durability test. Shipped from California to Georgia in a plastic bag via USPS. It has a look that complements the Shield. The feel is great and it was easy to install. I’d buy it again.

Huge upgrade for CHEAP!
When I saw these, I almost bought the 3 pack made by another brand. But after reading the reviews on those, this one was the obvious choice. I like to carry as small and as light as possible, so I prefer the 10 round magazine. This extension fits perfect, the stippling matches the factory perfect, and the additional grip is night and day. This is 100% the best accessory I've purchase for my Shield Plus. And you can't go wrong for the price. Very happy customer here!

Its a nice fit at a nice price.
Santa brought me the Smith and Wesson Equalizer for Christmas because I was a very good boy all year long. I’ve never owned a 9mm before, being a .45 fan, but once I took the Equalizer to the range yesterday I fell in love with it. It came, of course, with the 10, 13, and 15rd magazines and while I don’t have huge hands they’re still too big for the 10rd magazine, so I found this bad boy and ordered it. I want to carry the 13 and 10rd mags for EDC as the 15rd mag sticks out enough to make it difficult to eliminate printing if you’re not wearing a coat.Having arrived today, I spent half an hour trying to get it on the 10rd mag that came with my Equalizer. Most of that thirty minutes was me cussing up a storm. Sorry, Lord God; please help me watch my stupid mouth.Once I realized just what the crap I was doing wrong (trying to slide this over the bottom of the mag and the button at the same time) it became easy to install and I felt kinda dumb.Now I can use the 10rd magazine correctly without having to wrap my pinky under the grip, which I don’t like doing. I definitely recommend this if you also want to make your 10rd magazine more comfortable to use. Just don’t spend thirty minutes cursing at it!

Fits my hand much better.
Slides on easily. If you haven't replaced one of these there are youtube videos to guide you. Unload the mag first, just makes it easier. There is a tab on the bottom you push down on to remove the old plate. As you slide the plate off have your thumb there to hold the spring from coming out. After getting the old plate off, slide the new one on until the tab clicks into place. Hope this helps.

I found a place for my pinky finger.
These really help to add real estate for those of us with large hands, especially if you live in the "People's Republic of Commiefornia where we are limited to the low capacity magazines. No more pinky flopping around in mid air.
