Used for years…
I have used this stuff for a couple years now and satisfied with the results. It dosent kills any plants or fish, no smell at all, turns the green algae water pretty clear, good value for the money because it should last.

Already reducing my pond algae in only 1-week with no harm to my fish.
I used this product for 1-week now and I can see a noticeable reduction in the amount of algae in my small fish pond (about 800 gallons). Over that week, I applied the product every 3-days as directed and added more aeration. All the fish are fine and didn't seem to have any adverse reactions. I will continue to apply the treatment as directed and expect to have a totally clear fish pond in a few months.

Works Well with Consistent Use
I use this in my 75-gallon front yard pond, which has 4 feeder goldfish and solid filtration. At first, I wasn’t sure it would make much of a difference—but after several applications, the water suddenly turned crystal clear. That said, it doesn’t stay that way long. We usually need to reapply once a week, and sometimes even hit it 2–3 days in a row when it clouds up again. In my experience, the dosage instructions are too conservative. The recommended amount didn’t do much, so I doubled the dose (safely) and that’s when I saw results. It’s a bit of a process, but if you stay on top of it, it really works. I’d give it five stars if it lasted longer between applications or worked faster, but overall it’s a solid algae control solution.

Works better than you hope it will
Have used this for many years, and I am stunned each spring by how fast it knocks back the bloom. I follow the directions exactly and have never lost a koi in the pond as a result. I believe the problem some folks may have is they do not increase the air exchange, do not know the volume they are treating, or do not know the cause of the algea

Good for clearing up string algae.
This is a great product for clearing up string algae in a pond. MUST READ AND FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS EXACTLY. Measurements and pond condition is critical. Must have sufficient aeration. Don't overuse. I use along with dry Barley bales, Liquid Barley and Good Bacteria.

Works but can easily kill your fish
Works, but be very careful!! It will kill your fish!!! I read the instructions and tried to aerate the pond as best as I could. Unfortunately it still killed all of my fish overnight. I can see the bottom of the pond now, but at what cost. Didn’t remove all the algae at the bottom however. There is still a lot that can be stirred up.

Do not over dose.
Use as directed. Over use can kill fish. It can be a long (weeks) slow process but it does kill the algae. Sooner you use after finding the algae the easier it is to get rid of it both floating and string algae

NOT safe for fish !!!
So I ordered this because I had an algae problem in my koi pond and followed the directions as closely as I possibly could. After adding the fish back to the water ( I removed them all for a deep cleaning of the liner ) I noticed somw of them acting weird and jumping and gasping for air , others were just lifeless on the bottom, a couple goldfish seem to have even aquired neurological problems. Doing the twirling death spiral and sinking to the bottom . None of them were eating , which is very strange as all of them had great appetites before. I had to act fast and remove them and do a 100% water change to remove all the product from the water. Luckily I managed to save them all . I DO NOT recommend this for fish as it is clearly not safe. Even if you have all the aerator and pumps going as I did. Maybe safe for fountains with no fish or plant life? I threw the rest away and would NEVER buy this product again. Almost cost me hundreds of dollars in livestock as my koi were very expensive.
