Worked better than I ever imagined it could!
The media could not be loaded. I've been trying to find a device for years now that would support my right forearm whether I'm using my mouse or my keyboard (in an effort to avoid aggravating my carpal tunnel syndrome), but the traditional desk extenders simply did not fit the bill for multiple reasons. Along came this genius device, which by the way installed in well less than a minute, and I finally have my answer. See video. This thing is genius. Thank goodness! Finally!

This is a Godsend!
I had shoulder surgery a few months ago and I've been trying to get back to working, but my shoulder fatigues so quickly. I've tried propping up with a pillow, but it only works at certain angles, like if I'm using a mouse and then move to the keyboard to type, I'd have to lift and hold my arm up, or reposition the pillow. I toggle between mouse and keyboard constantly so this is an issue for me. I bought a stationary support that connects to the desk, but it posed the same problem as the pillow. I couldn't easily toggle between. Then I bought this device, and it's amazing! It is:• Super easy & quick to set up on the desk• Adjustable by height after install, so you can change it as needed• SO flexible. NO adjustments needed when moving back/forth and left/right• Comfortable• Perfect size• Quiet - zero noise when moving around• Smooth in movement - doesn't even feel like it's thereI can't say enough good things about it. Just get it! I can see this being a huge help even without a surgery issue. It is helping me sit upright and more ergonomical because my arm doesn't tire. I used to slouch a lot and try to rest on the arm rest, and I'd have my arm tilted up which isn't correct. This allows me to sit correctly and angle down, without the fatigue.

Solid Design but Watch Out for the Curves
This armrest nails it on sturdiness and ease of use. Just pull it out of the box, attach it to your desk, and you're good to go. However, the aggressively curved arm cups can be a literal pain in the elbow. If you're someone who moves a lot at your desk, prepare to get poked by misaligned arm cups. The curved arm cups are a general issue with all armrests that I could find. Here's why it's a general design flaw: when moving about it's easy for the curved part to get misaligned and then it's jabbing your elbow or forearm. You also have to pay attention to the arm rests and interact with them purposefully to get the arm cup aligned every time you want to use it, so if you lift your arm to reach something (like a water glass maybe), or reposition in your chair, you have to then pay attention to the armrest again to re-align it.This one is easy to remove the curved supports and replace with your own DIY flat armrests if desired. It has a single bolt through the center of the armrest and metal arm. For now I just folded a thick microfiber towel to fill in the trough, which created a flat-ish surface. It's working, but a flat surface with a nice pad would improve the user experience a 1000%.

This is a great product! It's better than I expected it to be. I've had it for 5 hours and the movement from this device when I transition from mouse to keyboard is perfect. You rest your elbow/upper forearm in the cup and it follows you from mouse to keyboard and back like it's an extension of your own arm. If my desk would allow for it I would get one for each arm. It's very sturdy and it has an adjustable screw that lowers and raises the height. Very well made.

AMAZING product
I bought this because I have a chair without arms for my new WFH set up. My roommate made fun of me but NOW SHE IS SORRY because I look awesome and she does not.I am like the terminator in all my zoom calls. People fear me.It's the perfect thing for a WFH set up if space is tight. It swivels every which way and is pefect when you go from mouse to key board. Really. Buy this. It's so silly but more people need ot know about it.

Sometimes, you've got to just see for yourself...
It helps me place my arm at a position that keeps me from cutting circulation to my hand because I always rest it on the waterfall of the table! Not with this device though. My arm and wrist are so much better now. I need one for the office because when I get to working I reflexively extend my elbow to rest on something that's not there!!! LOL! One note about gaming. This isn't anchored and you can't lock it into a specific position. Precision-Gamers might have to get used to the occasional "twitching" (inadvertent readjustments).

Great tool to stop elbow pain.
I have an elbow injury and the position of my arm/wrists while I typed made things worse. This device is fantastic and after a few days I am clearly seeing far less pain. I took a chance on this arm holder not really expecting it to work but really glad I did. I also use little hand cushions that keep my arm in one straight line instead of my hand arching at the wrist. Basically anything you can do to have proper typing position for wrist/elbow safety is worth it and this little device does the job.

Flawed design
At some point, the designers must have looked at this product and thought, "That's great, but is there any way we can make it suck?" So they added a ridged arm cuff that would only be comfortable for one size and too big or too small for everyone else. Thus a crappy product was born. You could modify it but really are you paying 40 bucks for something you need to mod?
