I would buy this again. Our freezer ice maker stopped working so we bought this and it works great. Produces ice fast which we quickly transport to the freezer. Not huge cubes so needs to be put in the freezer relatively fast so it doesn’t melt. Great product for the price.

Our regular ice maker in the fridge went out and this was far less expensive than a repair. We're very happy with it. Makes ice quickly. Easy to use. Doesn't take up a lot of space. Durability is yet to be seen but so far, so good.

Edit - After seeing my review, customer service from the seller contacted me and offered me a replacement at no cost. They shipped It out within a day of the message, and the replacement arrived two days after. So far, no issues on the new one, and to be honest, given their immediate response and willingness to replace the faulty one, I couldn’t be happier. Hoping this one lasts longer, but time will tell.Bought this in November of 2023 - fast forward to March of 2024 and it has stopped working. Water pumps through, sounds like it is making ice, but when the tray drops, there is only tiny fragments of ice, no actual cubes/pellets.Tried troubleshooting multiple times over the course of a week to no avail.Completely disappointed - our last ice maker lasted over 3 years with no problems. This one lasted barely 5 months of light use.Of course, it fails just outside of the product support window. Would not buy again.

Buy this and stay away from the Euhomy brand! We had purchased the Euhomy ice maker originally and it never made a single ice cube and was defective right out of the box. We returned it and I started researching again, came across the ecozy ice maker and decided on purchasing it. WOW, this unit is a fast to set up and makes perfect ice cubes very fast and we can't be any happier with it. The only knock on it (which is not a game changer) is that it does get a little noisier when it goes through the ice cube dump function. From watching it it is only when it goes into the disengaging function of the ice cubes from the probes and is not that loud.

I've been using this for a little over a month now. Almost every night. I pour in my filtered water and let it run for a couple hours in the evening. I chose the bullet thinking they would not melt as fast in a drink instead of the crunchy ones we all love. I'm very satisfied with the self cleaning and the draining so you don't get stinky water.Worth it instead of buying bags every time I'm at the grocery store. The ice maker in my fridge only lasted three months. So I will update in a few more months.

Review Update. When I received the ice-maker and it didn't work, I spent some time trying to get it to make ice and then gave up and returned it and left a negative review. Within days - ECozy contacted me and quickly sent a replacement item free of charge. I'm happy to report that this item does indeed work and lives up to my original expectations. In the world of mass produced items, we are quite used to having the occasional failure - which is usually returned or disposed of with rarely a response from the manufacturer. ECozy is the exception to this rule. They really stand behind their product and go to extra ordinary effort to make sure their customers are happy. It wasn't available in Canada so I purchased one on a trip to the US. I made the mistake of not testing it before I returned and discovered it was non-functioning when I arrived home. The machine would go through all of the motions, but the tubes the ice formed on never got cold. I tried contacting the vendor who was quick to respond, but they had no ideas other than leaving it running for longer periods and making sure the water was cold etc. I pushed them for some additional ideas on how to repair it, that turned into them wanting me to send them videos of the machine not working. I gave up and returned it to Amazon at significant cost and will buy another unit here from a different manufacturer.

Within 15 minutes of receiving the ice maker I had ice in my cup already. The ice maker was easy to set up and use from the start. Very intuitive and so simple my youngest child could set it up. Fill water to the max line, turn the power on, and set the size of ice you want. As quick as it makes ice you don’t have to make a lot and store in the freezer. When you do freeze it the bullet ice can stick together easily. For the price of the ice machine it is well worth the value. It is not loud either so you can make ice any time of day without bothering anyone.

I’m so upset this hunk of junk stopped working and I tried to get assistance from the seller and was just ignored. I was pregnant and anemic with a very bad. The machine was a life saver while it chose to work. I have post partum pre eclampsia and had to stay in the hospital for a week, I just got home and all I want is to chew my ice but I can’t! this company thinks people have money to blow on a ice maker that doesn’t even work a decent amount of time. I don’t recommend this product unless you don’t care to have a reliable working product. Smh trash!! Bad quality!!
