Gorgeous but cheap & flimsy and non-functional!
I bought this luggage because we recently went to Venice, Italy and its such a beautiful reminder. The luggage is gorgeous but the large suitcase wheels are cheap, flimsy and fold over when you're trying to wheel your suitcase through an airport. This happened the very first use and the seller refused to make any refunds or exchanges because "the damage may have occurred during use." I have never owned/used any luggage for less than 7 years. No luggage should perform poorly even within the first 5 years. Lesson learned here...I'll stick with Costco!
