Easy to swallow, great product great price

I've been using Brocoli-sprout supplements for some years; generally unavailable at UK Holland & Barret stores, Amazon offers a wide Range of them; of the several suppliers from Amazon I have found them all very satisfactory and very quick in despatch. I buy with confidence knowing the quality will be excellent.

This is a good alternative to broccoli juice and is easy to take and swallow.

To be fair to this product, it does give you all the information you need to make your decision. The main issue, despite the low price, is that it contains a pretty scant amount of sulphoraphane. Possibly 3mg, maybe 6mg, depending on the ingredients referring to the "daily dose" vs the capsule singly.I take 6 per day but I'm not noticing an effect that much, mainly the reduction of night time toilet visits. If you count the number of tablets needed the price looks less appealing vs my previous supplier which claimed 36mg, but did work to let me sleep all night, whatever. I'd recommend these to see if you are oversensitive to brocolli like my close family, who cannot take them. I dare say the lower dose will not do any harm. I'm not sure if it will do much good, either.Quality wise they seemed excellent though, so if you can't stump up for the costly versions, by all means get these, and maybe ignore their recommended dose, which is a little strange.

I am not sure yet whether I tolerate this supplement as I have genetic SNPs which stop me metabolising sulphur compounds properly. However ChatGPT assured me this supplement would be ok but as I suffer with chronic migraine I am not sure if the supplement is making this worse or not so I have stopped it for the time being and will try again at a later date.
