I absolutely love this bag except one important thing..
** EDITED **In my original review I gave this bag 3 stars because of a design feature that didn't quite work well for my use case. I realize now that my use case is not what the bag was designed for, and it was no fault of the bag. On a separate issue I had to contact the company to ask if they can help me. They went above and beyond to be awesome to me and completely took care of the issue I asked them about. Because of all of this, I wholeheartedly change the 3 stars to 5 stars, for the bag and moreso for the people of this company. I thank them very much for being great!ORIGINAL REVIEW:I use this bag for kitesurfing, and keep it on my back for storage and buoyancy. It works great for that, with very little water entering if I’m submerged for a while. What I’ve discovered after several uses though is that the lower straps are held on with Velcro. And several times one of the straps had gotten loose, causing the bag to not stay in place if I’m in the water because only the upper strap remained while the lower strap was not effective at all.I wish the lower straps stayed in place with something much more secure than Velcro, it would then be a perfect bag for my use case — active water sports that require the bag to stay in place.Other than that, love it very much! High quality all around. Hopefully the manufacturer will take this feedback into consideration. As for me, I’m afraid I have to look again for another solution.Enjoy!

Decent bag
I've been using for a year now and it's mostly held up. I put it through a lot more than most people probably would though. This is my carrying around bag and carry on for travel. I work out in remote Alaska villages and travel constantly in all conditions and temperatures and modes of transport. What finally did this bag in though was Alaska Airlines checked bag system...they have been able to ruin nearly anything. The material of the bag is nice and keeps water out and it's pretty durable. The Bad:The water bottle sleeves on the sides are just for looks. They can only fit very narrow bottles and the material they are made from resembles lady's fishnet stockings...laughably thin and weak. Would be much better if they used better netting and an adjustable cinch or something. This bag is SUPER skinny. I guess so it doesn't stick out behind you and throw you off balance? Anyway doesn't fit as much as you think, so pack light.

Fantastic Dry Bag/Backpack
I don't generally write a ton of reviews but I've been so impressed by this bag I wanted to write one for this. First off, it's half the price of similar dry bag backpacks. So that's a clear plus and a big part of why I bought it. Also, a lot of those "nicer" bags don't have the compartments this bag does. This has an ouside pocket as well as a few inside. But, more importantly, I'm half way through a 2 month honeymoon and have been dragging this bag around Indonesia on and off boats for diving, surfing, and snorkeling as well as taking it hiking and everywhere else. There isn't a single visible spot of wear and tear or stiches loosening or anything (which I wouldn't even fault because I've borderline abused this bag for a month). I've hung it up in all sorts of stupid ways and all the clips and straps continue to hold and never compromise. Really impressive product.

Now Among My Essential Gear
Bought this for a two week sailboat trip. It was a really practical way to travel. Packed it with clothes during the travel legs and used it as a dry bag during the trip. It is well constructed, durable, and roomy. Nice find!

maybe i was expecting more or something else?
the first time using it , only had it for a week . packed a few shirts, shorts, pair of jeans, passport and small dob kit. used it as a carry on plane and it rode in the truck seat and to the room stayed in for a few days then back to the truck seat to the carry on for plane and home. not sure when it wouldve happened but there was a tear in front pocket... the tear stop does work but not thrilled about durability for the price whatsoever. it does hold a bit of things but can get heavy as it is. not huge deal but maybe for some? the straps and backing do seem like they would hold up to a lot and it is comfortable lugging around just be careful of anything that could be to sharp as itll puncture easily ?
