This product from the beginning is just flawless. I have connected 6 of them together to make a massive 24 door system. Multiple Mag Locks and door strikers in a 10,000 square foot building. The devices setup was simple, as it only took 1 Cat6 cable per door to wire. I did however run into an issue when I configured the system. I spent hours trying to trouble shoot the problem, when i finally couldn't fix it I contacted tech support and they personally contacted me at 11pm to fix the problem. That is some real tech support!!!! The guy in minutes figured out the problem and it was working from that point on. I contacted them a few other times for instructions on how to setup other things and just like the first time the tech support was top notch. I will be buying many more of these to install over 100+ doors. I am so glad I took the chance and choose this product and this seller. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

I was looking for a complete system that would allow me to secure a data center using electric door strikes, but had great logging to ensure very strict access in and out. I had been looking at systems 4 times the cost, but rolled the dice and went with this system hoping to save some money. It turned out to be a great roll of the dice as this system has worked extremely well, it is fast, and up to this point very reliable. But what pushed me over the edge is the support. I had run into a few small issues during implementation and so I emailed their support expecting a slow turn around. But I had a response within the hour and the questions I had were quickly resolved through email.

This is my 2nd purchase of this ACS. My original works great. But the new model has a power supply issue. When I installed the 2nd ACS, the elocks worked intermittently. I immediately requested a replacement which was provided within a few days. Good replacement support. But the same issue occurred. I had my tech guys troubleshoot the problem and we noticed that the power supply is different from our 1st product. We put our own power supply in and the 2nd ACS worked just fine. So, the issue is the new power supply coming with the product is inferior. Needs a better power supply. Otherwise this product would get 5 stars.

The system is perfect for a small to medium sized business operation and can accomodate at least 200 employess with the provided key fobs and access cards. If you need more, this package has the numeric password entry on the reader as well. Everything you need is provided in this package (except the wires depending on the size of your building, but just use network cat5 cable, simple enough. Best thing I like about this product is its reasonable pricing, parts look sturdy and built with quality, and lastly, the SUPPORT TEAM IS EXCELLENT ! THEY RESPOND VERY QUICKLY AND ANSWERED ANY TECHNICAL QUESTIONS ADEQUATELY ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT !

This was a fantastic find. We priced out a company to install a system and both bids came in over $9,000. It is solid equipment that works like a charm. The customer service was exceptional. The door strikes supplied did not match our door style. But customer support responded quickly and resolved our problem with a fast and spot on correction. You do need to run some wire and read some directions to make the system run. But, we put this system in two buildings and are very pleased!

There was no clear instructions and the support was foriegn speaking only.

I ordered my system not realizing it was RFID and I needed HID. They were very understanding and got me what I needed to make it HID at a very reasonable cost. Great to work with on every question I had. Our maintenace department to 6 moths to install everything do to plant breakdowns and I ended up missplacing my installation CD and had not seen it in months, they helped me with links for everything I needed.

This is a fantastic kit that includes everything you need to setup a keyless access system (except wire). We installed this system on a set of internal doors and it took us about a day to complete working at our leisure. The install was straight forward and the instructions and video the seller provides is great. They are very responsive to questions and eager to help. Highly recommend if you are budget conscious but need a solid security solution.
