This is a good little vacuum! Just got it today, so can not review longevity. But it works well for our needs. I got this strictly for the basement (wall to wall carpet) and laundry room (cement floor with throw rugs). The suction power is on point! The cord is very long. It performed well on the low profile carpet and also the laundry room floor and picking up cat litter. It did not do well on a very small memory foam mat. It just sucked the mat up. But that's okay, just means the suction power is strong! Would reccomend for the price!

Wow! just got this beast about 20 minutes ago, put it together and thought I would just make sure it works...ran it over my newly vacuumed rugs and I was shocked ! Don't let it's little size and low price fool you, this thing sucked up almost a full cannister of what I thought was a clean carpet..I initially bought it to use upstairs instead of lugging my bigger machine up the steps but I may keep this one down here...What a work horse ! Very pleased!

Got here fast, works super well and did an outstanding job with the carpets. Just to be noted as with all other vacuum cleaners, dont vacuum over wetspots (in case you used a carpet washer beforehand). Only issues I have is that the extension wand doesnt have a super large range, so if youre looking to vacuum things off the ceiling or tall corners in windows youre gonna have to lift the vacuum with one hand. Also the bristle brush is considerably less potent in vacuuming than the nozzle attachment. Finally when youre done using the extension wand and have to reconnect the vacuum tubing back into the remaining debris inside it will sometimes spill out as you turn the tube upside down into the vacuum. Otherwise from that, its a very good product, excellent in size and weight, small in frame for storage, easy to empty the dust container, great suction, and super useful rather than dishing out around 100 to 140 bucks on one of the higher end models. 10/10 would recommend.

For $60, it works great for the job I need it to do. I have only hardwood floors and tile in my apt, I got this mainly for dog hair alone. I swept yesterday afternoon and received this vacuum today and the amount of air it picked up was worth it. It is super lightweight (aka like a toy) and it feels like a $60 vacuum. It performs great, I was little hesitant as I am tall but the height is comfortable for someone that is 5’11 (would not recommend for anyone taller than 6’). This machine is loud so I am conscious what times I use it. This is my second bissell purchase and when it comes to performance I haven’t been disappointed.

I am very satisfied with this purchase!! I am going to be completely honest when I say this, this vacuum picks up EVERYTHING, even on carpet! When you're pushing this vacuum, it slows down when pulling back, and speeds up when moving forward, it's wonderful, feels like magic! The assembly was EXTREMELY easy, all we had to do was attach the handle. This vacuum is also VERY lightweight. Easy to move around the house and pick up with one hand! 5 stars for this brand. Definitely telling people about it.

This Bissell vacuum has exceeded my expectations. The build quality feels solid and durable. It’s surprisingly easy to maneuver, even around tight corners. The suction power is strong, picking up dirt and pet hair in just one pass—no lingering mess. I noticed no weird smells during use, and the dust collection system is easy to empty and mess-free. Definitely a smart buy for a clean home!

I wanted a lighter, smaller vac for my place, and I've had good luck with other Bissell products, so based on the positive comments I decided to get this inexpensive machine. It really works well! I have a little furry dog who leaves hair all over the rugs, and this thing picks it all up, no problem. In fact, the amount of hair and dander it picks up is incredible (it's unusually powerful for such a small thing). Also, because it's compact I can get it right up to the base of the sofa. Emptying the dirt compartment is quick and easy, and the filter is washable and can be reused, so another savings. The cord is long, too, which surprised me. Very pleased with this vacuum--never thought I'd rave about a basic appliance like this.

Lots of suction. Used on an old shagg carpet rental house. Kept clogging. More suction than old vacuum. Used on low profile carpet and worked great. Quite small, good for dorm, small rental, etc. Not what I would call a "house" vacuum. Build is cheap, but so is price.
