Got this for my mom presurgery. Did the trick. Tasted okay. She would have preferred chocolate but the drink had to be clear.

Great taste - and successful surgery outcomes!
I actually like the taste of the strawberry variant! I recently had back-to-back spinal fusion surgeries, so I got well-acquainted with this drink. It was required for me to consume 2 hours pre-surgery. I can't speak to how it helped my surgery or recovery, but I did survive both surgeries without difficult during and post-op.
