Mugwort Tea

I don't recommend honey with this tea sugar is better. I say that because this is a bitter tea and the first try was with honey and I hated it. Once I tried it with sugar I liked it. I used it for my anxiety at night to help relax and it worked very well.

The last few sips are a little tough because of the powder that settles but if you pair with another tea bag like raspberry or something sweeter it tastes amazing! It also helps me sleep at night :)

It’s nasty for sure lol but I will say I’ve been able to sleep better and my bowel movements are moving!!! So it’s doing its thing On that. Will update regarding cycle help but I’m hoping it can regulate mines better it’s out of whack.

This helps with sleep and dreams, but it is super bitter and not a lovely thing to drink in my opinion. I have to add various stuff like lime and honey for it to taste decent

I wish I was able to drink this to get the full effects and leave an honest review on if it helped w digestion, improved sleep and immunity but I was not able to get past the taste from the first and only cup I didn’t finish. It has a very strong taste and smell. To me it is horrible. I don’t think adding suga, milk, honey or anything would get rid of that taste. I wanted to try a new brand to help w my digestion so I got the mugwort tea. I think I will go back to the “smooth move” tea I can get at any local grocery and I can actually drink it w or w out adding anything to it. The mugwort tea was very fresh in a sealed bag. The strings are very short that are attached to the tea bags. It is a very decent price for the amount of bags u get. But I can’t recommend something that I do not like and couldn’t drink. All I can say is good luck!!! I got this w another kinda tea called Yerba mate that helps w energy and it is the same brand. That I can drink.

So I bought this mugwort tea as to keep me safe from unwanted pregnancies. So lemme just say it works great. Great health benefits over all especially for periods. BUTT I ended up just getting on birth control because mugwort tea…tase awful…I tried honey and cream and sugar all of it and nothing helps with the taste, if you get it best I can say is hold your nose and swallow fast n have water near by but other than that the product is AMAZING AND HEALTHY

I decided to take the risk with the plethora of bad reviews. I personally didn’t have a problem with the pellets they almost immediately dissolved and looked like any other tea bag once steeped in hot water and I use two bags when making my tea so it wasn’t light in color or flavor like mentioned in other reviews. I normally buy from buddha teas when getting my mugwort because I like the taste and it’s reliable but decided to go with the cheaper option and definitely regret it. I mixed in sugar like I always do, but this tasted nothing like mugwort. The smell was a little alarming but nothing too far from any other mugwort, just a little more pungent. Once I attempted at drinking the tea I almost immediately threw up from the awful taste. If I could compare it to one thing it would probably be nail polish remover or battery acid. I figured people leaving reviews about it being pet food were ridiculous and had a large amount of confidence in the product but after tasting it i’m sure pellets of hamster food would’ve been a better substitute. One of the more frustrating things about it is that they offer no way to contact the seller/distributor and there is a no refund policy. If you’re considering taking the risk or thinking you’ll be the one who won’t mind think again! Don’t even bother reading the bot reviews about how great it is because it is nothing short of horrific.

Loved it, helped me sleep, I had much more vivid dreams. But, it has a side effect of regulating periods which is great- unless you have an impact that stops periods. And it stays in your system for a Long time, it took two months before I saw the effect and then I bled for 3 months straight and ultimately had to remove the implant because it never really settled again.
