The wax isn’t professional but it worked well for my armpits and eyebrows, just not my legs or bikini. Other than that 5 star on the actual wax machine and the rubber stir stick & Matt!! Plus it comes with a good amount of wood sticks big and small!

I'm pleasantly surprised. I thought there'd be a huge learning curve but it was super easy to use. I plugged it in, turned it on, and it heated up. It did take a little longer than I expected for the wax to melt, but I think I was just a little impatient. I tested a little on my wrist to make sure it wasn't to hot, and then I got to work. It spread on easily and came off clean. I did my brows and my lip and it was relatively painless. It cleaned up easily bc of the silicone, and the silicone mat kept wax off my dresser. I'm happy with my purchase. Great product for the price.

Let me just start off with the price of all that I have received and the quality of the product...is amazing🤩 With so little amount of product I used, I was able to do my eyebrows, chin, upper lip AND still have product left over to reuse when I need it.APPLICATORS:The silicone applicators are very sturdy and helps to easily apply the product on the area. I did use a LG. wooden applicator to help with the mixing when needed, but I really didn't need it. I mainly used the smaller silicone applicator for my areas I worked on. It has two sides; a flat end and a soft-point end, so you can get in those tight areas around the eyebrow. ✅HEAT ADJUSTMENT:I had started on high to get the beads melted faster, it was really quick, probably because I didn't use much🤷🏾‍♀️ But, all-in-all, I'd say it took about 3mins tops...give or take. I'd preferred staying on high throughout the waxing time, because when I turned it down to medium, it cooled too quick for me when I applied it and I felt that it didn't pull the hairs better. So, high temp for me, but do be careful when applying. What works for me, probably might be different with you. Always test, before straight applying with hot wax. ✅CLEANLINESS:No mess for me, I was very patient with my wax getting on my applicator (probably why the high temp. worked for me), so it wouldn't string every which way. Once the wax were cool to peel of the silicone applicator, I'd plop the remaining back into the heated wax. So...I have my remaining wax that I haven't used still in the silicone bucket and everything was mess free thanks to the gloves. ✅Overall thoughts...I just love how simple it was to set up and use. They do come with a QR code on the pamphlet to help you get started if needed. I had some stubborn hairs on my chin and upper lip that I went over a couple times and they came out. No tweezers needed. But, yeah...there's nothing negative I've found with my wax kit. If and when I wax other areas, I'll give an updated review. Probably when I use the nose applicator...never used those before, so... I'll see if it would do the job.

As being a first time waxer, this product was amazing. Made the process easy and quick. Any hard bead wax works well with the wax heater. If you are hairy like me, you will need more hard wax beads to completely wax everything. Does take a bit to fully melt the wax but other than that its perfect!

This at home water is just what I needed. You can wax anywhere and it works very well. It pays for itself after a few waxes, because you don’t have to go to the salon every couple of weeks.

First time user. Reason for the lower star rating is because instructions are not helpful for beginners. There’s no phone number or website or code scanner for their so called 24/7 custom service. Couldn’t get in touch with the company to find out info about how this unit works. It’s nice having the various waxes but I really couldn’t tell the difference between them. The wooden sticks, the silicone wand and silicone mat are a nice addition to the kit. I didn’t care for the wax so much because it’s very stringy. After watching videos of how to apply correctly I noticed this wax doesn’t slide on as easily. Especially on legs. For smaller areas it’s fine. Overall I’m glad to have finally purchased this kit. It has already saved me money on trips to the salon. Just gotta practice more and each time it gets a little easier. However i will do more research and find the better wax to use. The heating unit is fine once I figured it out. For the price it’s really not a bad kit because it has everything you need.

Great starter set. Works as stated. Amazing. Lots of stuff with it. Daughter loves. Used more than 5 times and no complaints.
