Earthborn Elements Quinoa Flour 1 Gallon, Vegan, Baking & Cooking

I’m a sourdough-obsessed Celiac, and this flour is key to my success! I have used it for gluten free sourdough focaccia, pancakes, pizza, pop tarts, cookies and more! The price is fantastic, and the quinoa flour gives a slightly deeper flavor and better crunch than the brown rice flour alone.I’ve ordered 3 or 4 of these over the past 6-7 months and I’ve never had any quality issues. The flour seems to be very high quality, a wonderful texture, great smell, and always preforms well for me.I also really love the containers! I keep them and add long term storage lids from Lowe’s to store vacuum sealed spices and grains.Highly, highly recommend this product!

I love using Quinoa flour now and this brand works..

This quinoa flour seems like a finer, higher quality flour than others that I've used. It worked so well in multiple recipes, like waffles, pancakes, cookies, scones, all the goodies that uses flour! The bucket that it comes in is very convenient too.

If you want to eat healthier but also need a waffle daily… it works well as a substitute for flour. I mix in a little bit of brown rice flour, corn meal, pea protein, and tapioca starch to avoid having overly quinoa flavored waffles.

Had to give this product 3 stars. The flour is great - love the taste. But the packaging is problematic. The huge bucket is way more plastic than is really necessary. Plus the lid is hard to take off - just broke two fingernails at the quick when I tried to take the lid off.
