RioRand Keyed Alike Trigger Gun Lock Compatible with Pistols Rifles Shotguns

Had to secure the gun after my husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. He got very upset when I tried to get rid of the gun. Now the gun is empty and locked. My husband is no longer agitated and I feel safe.

We got these for guns inherited. I just don't want them in the house unless it is safe and these work perfect! And we ordered two at once so the keys fit both locks. Makes it nice and handy! Fits the pistol and shotgun. Now they are safe and sound, locked up to keep them out of the wrong hands. Great product!

I'm sure there would be a way to pry it off, but it would be tough. It works well and provides safety for the gun.

I bought these gun locks for a O/U shotgun that can't accept a cable lock. These are pretty simple, and work fine. As some of the other reviewers have noted, they are not the most robust. I am sure that I would be able to break them off with some hand tools if I had that ambition for some odd reason. My intention in purchasing these locks was to secure my firearms against my children playing with them, not a locksmith, so I am satisfied. They are metal construction and attach securely. Ideally you would want to get one of the pins behind the trigger. Depending on your firearm, that might not be possible. One of my rifles did not have enough space behind the trigger for a pin to slide in. The locks do what they need to, and add a level of safety to firearm storage.

Arrived on time and in excellent condition. A bit difficult to open at first, but quickly learned how to open and close and lock.

Use this on a 'varmint' pellet rifle I store under the bed.This lock makes the trigger unaccessible, and keeps littlehands from bad experiences.

Easy to use. Very sturdy. No access to trigger when installed and locked. Would trust to secure my weapon.

Very good for the money and very versatile too. I like the fact that all the keys work in all locks even though others dislike it, but opportunistic thieves won’t have a key, and the professional thieves will not be put off either way if you ever got that unlucky.

Not bad trigger locks for the price, but it should be noted that the keys are not unique to each lock, so you would only require one key to access any of the locked weapons. If you are looking for a bit more security, I would perhaps invest in the more expensive alternatives. Aside from that, the quality of the product is not bad for the price.

Great locks, fit all four of my guns (two pistols and two rifles). Seem very secure. Impossible to even touch the triggers let alone operate them in any way when fitted. A must-have for gun safety.

Just brought set of 4 off these trigger locks for fair price but found only 1/2 seem to work and most keys will not fit in to the locks but same price for 4 which paid for one good lock
