that it's the most comfortable chair you've ever had
I'm giving this 4 stars for now only due to a broken plastic cover piece on the side of the chair. I've left a message with Rapid X at their Facebook page regarding this.....and am awaiting a resolution. A replacement piece for one they will make me purchase. Full disclosure-- I'm the one that broke this piece during installation. I WAS following the directions. Both the paper copy and the youtube video Rapid X has posted. I feel this piece should not have broken and maybe should be easier to install.BUT....I didn't buy the chair for aesthetics....at least not entirely. I bought this chair so my hours long gaming sessions didn't leave me with a sore back and half asleep legs. So far this baby fits the bill! I've only used this chair for one gaming session of 5 hours.....but man what a diffence from my old office chair. Once you make this chair your own with the numerous adjustments possible....you may find, as I have, that it's the most comfortable chair you've ever had. I've always been a fan of the over-cushiony office chair. This one is not that. It's firm....but very comfortable. I left my 5 hour gaming session feeling relaxed and not sore. This chair fits the bill. I have a pretty low desk at home......and the lowest height setting of 13 inches is optimum. I picked the Brown/Black chair.....I'm pretty conservative....and those colors were perfect. I could easily take this chair to work and replace my provided $1000+ office chair....and be mucho happier.....but I need it for gaming.......and can't afford two right now! I will add....this chair is badass looking.I was a bit concerned by a previous review I found here on Amazon. Someone said that the seat area was too narrow. I disagree. I'm 5'9" and 180 lbs. I found the seat to fit me quite comfortably....and with room to spare. I could probably gain another 20-30 lbs and would still fit comfortably in this chair. The chair itself is max rated at 265 lbs.Assembly was pretty easy....except for the plastic side covers as mentioned earlier. I was able to put it together by myself very easily. It took me about 30 minutes.....but I read all the directions and watched the youtube video first...just to make sure I wouldn't mess it up. Mission (almost) complete). The lumbar and head cushions are going to take some getting used to. I messed a bit with the placement on my first 5 hour gaming session with the chair.....and am pretty sure I won't be taking either of them off the chair. My body thanks me for the extra support for sure! But it will take some time to get used to I'm thinking.I would rate the quality of this chair at an 8.5 out of 10. By far the best chair I've ever had for gaming. This chair is only bested by chairs in the $1000+ price range. The materials seem to be quality and well put together.I plan to update this review when I get some heavy hours of game-time sitting in this thing under my belt.Right now....I highly recommend this chair!EDIT (5 Jan 2017): I'm up-ing my rating on this chair from a 4 star to 5 star. I messaged RAPID X via their facebook page regarding the broken side cover piece. Within an hour of my message they responded that they would send me out a replacement that very day.....no charge. It is rare to find customer service so responsive and accommodating these days. When I find a good company that stands behind their product.....I become a life-long customer. I'm looking forward to Rapid X's next generation of chairs....although I think it will be hard to improve on this one. 5 stars for a 5 star company with a 5 star product.

I'm so happy I waited
I am totally obsessed with my new office chair. I didn't want an ordinary black office chair, I'm so happy I waited! I saw this one, Ferrino by Rapid X with much better color choices and ordered it immediately. I am absolutely in love with the pink trim along the sides and the pink stitching. Not only is the chair beautiful, it's also incredibly comfortable. There are two adjustable/removable pillows attached to the chair for neck and back support. The back pillow works great for the arch I have in my back. After eight hours of sitting at work, I don’t experience the slightest back pain. I can also adjust the back based on whatever I am doing which is nice. The chair height and armrests adjust, too. Most chairs I checked out didn't adjustable armrests it was definitely well worth the money. It’s a very sturdy chair. The quality is excellent, in some chairs the padding is squishy but not this one it's firm and makes my day at the office more enjoyable. I was surprised at how easy it was to put together, it took me about 45 minutes from unpacking it to rolling it up to my desk. I have had this chair for only few days and I get so many complements from all my colleagues…everybody wants to try it and it’s like having a brand new car. Love my Ferrino!

Great Chair but it is too tall
I really like this chair, but it has a few issues.Pros:1. It has a carbon fiber cloth on the back! I did not know that but I love it2. it leans back pretty far and is incredibly sturdy3. my last chair had wobbly arms, these are amazingly planted4. assembly was not too bad (be sure you have another person to help)5. the chair incredibly comfortable and has great materialsCons1. I paid for 2 day shipping and it came in 5 days instead (late)2. at the lowest setting, the chair is still pretty high up, my knees do not fit under my desk (I have a pretty low desk though)3. the lumbar pillow is a joke. It just feels like a rock and I will never use it. The head pillow is not much better, but at least I use it.As for fit, I am 6'4" and 220 lbs, the chair has plenty of room for me, width and height. Could easily support taller / heavier people than me.

The Ultimate Office Chair in Comfort and Looks!
I received my chair yesterday. I love it and I would highly recommend it. Here are the PLUSES and MINUSES!!PLUSESThe COMFORT: This is by far the most comfortable office Chair I ever had. I love the sides support (above he waist). I think I heard my back say “Thank you” The LOOKS: Man I wish my Mercedes car had a seat that looks this good – with great attention to details! The QUALITY: Great engineering - 50 lbs of great material – even the base is metal! Yes it looks and feels expensive.MINUSESThe ASSEMBLY: All easy, I could have had it completely assembled in just 10 minutes but the “stubborn” wheels (to get pushed in were tight) took extra 5 minutes alone!I missed installing one wheel (phone call distraction) and I sat on the chair and never realized that it was missing a wheel until I left the desk and saw a wheel on the floor where I assembled the chair!!I am amazed with how balanced and “solid” this chair is!The WAIT: It took extra 2 days of wait due to back-order (even though it was well worth it). Demand must be very high. The FIGHTS: I have to fight with my kids over using it (well at least I know what they would like for Xmas!)The ADDICTION: I find myself sitting longer in front of my computer!I definitely recommend one…or two if you have a kid!Get it now and thank me later :)

Well made. A little firm but still comfortable
Well made and easy to build. Not quite as spongy as I thought it might be but you get used to the firmness pretty quickly and it becomes very comfortable. I guess the firmness helps with posture etc. Overall a nice chair so far.
