First I want to address the fact that the item was plastic and not glass like the original. Secondly when I purchased this product. I put my model number which was the SM968U. This item does not fit my phone at all. I will be returning this item. I'm sure the plastic will not be durable had it fit my phone.

Very bad experience i purchased Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra back glass i found plastic cover i was removing tape off back but broke the plastic cover very sad 😢😭 i can believe it

Bought to replace cracked back glass on Note 20 Ultra 5G. Good quality with correct branding etc. Came with pre-installed adhesive and camera surround foam. Just needed to follow a YouTube video to transfer over the flash lens, tiny microphone and conduction pads. Handy it came with the tools to remove the old back glass, did it myself in about 20 minutes. The hardest part is removing the old back glass. But I suspect most people buying this will be replacing broken / cracked back glass, so no worries if not removing the old glass perfectly or causing further cracking.
