Broken files received even after exchange
I ordered in twice. Once in 2023, excellent exeperience. 2024: received broken files, placed replacement request and again received damaged files. Probably file quality has been dropped also delivery packing is not enough to keep files safe. 2023 files: I have been using these files (grey color) for more than 8 months now. Dropped the filled files a few times, didn't crack. The clip gets a little loose (opens when turning over large number of papers) when the file is nearing its capacity. The thickness is ok, not flimsy but not as sturdy as my other files are. When you put the file in a bookshelf, the cover bends at the bottom bulecause the file thickness is a tiny bit less than what is sufficient to hold a filled file.
