Incredibly ridiculous instructions. Not sure I will be able to get it installed. Update. It was installed. It is awesome. The instructions are ridiculous so throw them out and use your head to put it together. The lighting is awesome. I love all the settings.

The instructions are shady and not the best. Make sure you have a measuring tape handy you'll need it. Over all it looks good and works well for my low ceiling which is the primary reason for getting it. The remote seems to work well with it. So far no issues.

Installed in multiple rooms. Looks nice and working as expected. We accidentally broke the remote, leaving us handicapped to use that bedroom unit without the phone app. Reached out to the seller, and they were nice to send a replacement entire remote control unit for free. Excellent customer support. Thank you.

This light is very difficult to assemble. The directions are vague and should be tailored to the market in which they are sold, USA. The plastic to metal threads is almost impossible to align and take too long to tighten to their correct position. The holes immediately next to the metal light base are too close to get a wrench to tighten them. The supplied wrench takes all day to turn each nut to the appropriate tightness. The plastic screw base used to hold the fan in place is threaded counterclockwise instead of clockwise as is the norm here in the USA. The wires that connect the light to the home power source are too short and trying to hold the light up to a few inches within the ceiling make it very difficult to hold while splicing the power wires together. Had to fabricate a system to hold the lamp close enough to the ceiling to reach in and use the wire nuts to connect the power wires. In addition, there was no ground wire. This violates most household safety codes and Amazon should not offer items that do not follow appropriate home electoral codes. The seller on its display on the Amazon website indicates that if there is any problem to contact them. However, there is no way listed to contact them. The black control box that has the black and white wire has no place to affix it to the lamp frame and it keeps separating and the cover continually separates from the box. Cannot get it to work and am considering returning the item

Not as large as it appears

The product was a bit hart to put together with the double sided threading and its larger rings look a bit floppy. The other downside was that we have a separate switch for our light and fan in our home but this unit will not allow for the separate use of both switches so now we have a “useless” switch on our wall. Also, the light allows electricity seepage, meaning if you are in a completely dark room and turn off the light by the remote only you will still see a faint glow. Once you turn off the light by switch it becomes very apparent that your rings were still glowing slightly after you “turned it off” by the remote. Over all the fan part works great, good airflow and it looks very modern.

It’s a unique ceiling fan that takes a bit of patience to assemble. After analyzing other people's review pictures, I figured out that the larger ring lights should be installed first, one on each side, and then repeat the process for the rest. Sorry I should have taken better pictures. Good luck.

This item was kind of difficult to put together. It lacked the instructions to fully complete the task if you are not good at putting things together. You have to know a little about wiring also. After my husband assembled it. The lighting was great. It looks beautiful.
