These scissors are excellent for cutting raw meat and chicken especially. They are effortless to use and have really sharp blades which cut first time and with no problems. I have worked in quality control for over 20 years and these are the best meat/chicken cutting scissors I have ever used. They have a strong spring loaded design which amplifies your stroke as you cut, and are powerful enough to cut through bone. They also have a great texture to the handles which affords an excellent grip. With a safety lock also designed into the product it will keep the blades closed when not in use and prevent accidental opening. I can recommended these without any hesitation, and at the price point of around £20 they represent good value for money as I believe they will last a long time and serve you well.

Excellent shears. They cut chicken very well and are ideal for spatchcock chicken preparation. They turned out to be so good that I bought another pair as a gift.

La verdad no tenía mucha fe en el producto. pero me equivoqué, está construido con buenos materiales, fácil de usar. No es un corta todo, pero para cortar los huesos de las aves comestibles está muy bien, no se requiere de gran fuerza en las manos para utilizarla es precisa en los cortes no desgarra, hace poco que la adquirí y su filo no se meya ni se desafila con facilidad. En resumen, buen producto, materiales y por supuesto buena relación precio calidad.
