This is a 2 month supply of high strength evening primrose soft capsules. They are easy to swallow as most EPR capsules tend to be and work effectively with continued use to help with those terrible mastitis pains us ladies tend to get during our monthly cycle. I swear by them, so I make sure to keep a good stock in as they are the only thing that helps with that particular pain.As for value, I have to admit these aren't the best out there. I usually source my vitamins from elsewhere for far cheaper - there are 6 month supplies available where I shop for less than the price of this product, so it's a no brainer really. Still, that doesn't take away the quality of this brand and product, hence 4 stars. The bottle arrives sealed as can be seen in the photos - an absolute must - and the ingredients and dosage is clearly shown.

I have been taking these daily and I do feel a benefit from them.They are easy to swallow, not a very large tablet and quality ingredients.I would recommend.

I used to get debilitating periods once every 6 months or so - truly intolerable - until I started taking Evening Primrose Oil, Vitamin E and Myo-Inositol.The combination has not only put a stop to the awful, awful periods, but it's lessened the menstrual cramps, normalised the blood flow and shortened the length of my periods - I now have periods that last 3 or 4 days, and I didn't have periods that short even as a teenager!So, I am an absolute true believer in Evening Primrose Oil... and combined with Myo-Inositol and Vitamin E, it's been life-changing.Highly, highly, highly recommended.

Easy to swallow capsules, don't be put off how large they look they are easy to swallow, no after taste and seem to be working as they should. I have always used primrose capsules and these seem to be doing the same as others
