Delicious indulgence
I have had this a few times and always delicious. Fry for a few mins each side with ripe figs also fried in the same pan or with fresh watermelon, streaky bacon if you wish, a drizzle of honey over it and thick balsamic ♡ (grilled peaches would also work too) Rich, sweet and savory at the same time. Only downside is the high calorie content with about 600cals per cheese! Best as brunch with maybe a salad or shared between two if you want more than just cheese however is filling on it's own.

How Did I Never Know This Cheese Existed?
I tried this - as a stand-in for Halloumi - on top of fruited rice. It is seriously yummy. You just whack it under the grill for a few minutes. That's it.I was worried about it melting or being squeaky, but it holds its shape perfectly and is soft and tender when cooked.LOVELY.
