These have been laundered in the machine one time and do not Fray or deteriorate and the quality of material is high does not shift around inside the cloth and it's tight like a compression elbow at the same time protects the forearm elbow, and lower tricep. The Squeeze is consistent all the way through the sleeve & I suppose the sleeve could be used for the legs on a smaller skinnier person effectively but there are some great guards out there for The Shins, recommending G form and this bodyprox brand, both have exceeded expectations and the price values are decent. This is definitely worth of the value picking it up at $20 where it offers tight compression that is not uncomfortable oh, I have to adjust them every hour or so a little bit , however they are snug and don't move around much as They are made for active wearing. As I said they wash fine if they get smelly from wearing them all the time, and actually to be honest I enjoy wearing these for cycling or MMA. I'm really glad I found these and I hope others are able to discover them cuz you can't beat that price for this kind of quality protection vs. comfort. Great for wrestlers, cyclists or anyone with elbow issues where touch is sensitive or the skin is damaged and has a Band-Aid so wearing this is fine it won't slide. You can totally cushion your elbow while dishing out the damage for full contact sparring and it will hold the joint for soreness or old injury. Great for just rolling around in practicing moves or jiu-jitsu, locks and , hand control exercises and groundwork floor control, as well as pummeling hand control exercises common for wrestlers. These are well worth every penny top of the pile as I have gone through some expensive protective gear while cycling and have found a lot of expensive items that just fall apart completely these are exceptional and do not Overlook them for protective wear need. I'm more confident in my active life with these under my leather on rides, or cycling around town, or delivering on ebike with other protector items. this pair of sleeves, yes two are so nice for the price they deserve an award. I hope trainers and coaches can get these for their teams to help reduce injuries like mat burn and rashes, elbow lock sprain strain and exhaustion/weakness. protection for the joint, and maybe a little hot and sweaty for long drill session. be sure to air out and wash sweaty toxins and bacteria away. they can take the dryer on high but don't need it, hanging dry is fine and I prefer hand wash/ wring/ hang/ wear

It would not be possible to for me to overstate the value or quality of this product. And the customer support from BodyProx US was so far beyond excellent that TEN stars falls short. The product. The elbow pads are comfortable, sturdy, and light. You could use these as active wear for elbow protection, or, as I have, for elbow protection after an injury. I wear this elbow pad all day long, and it has protected my elbow from endless painful bumps. It is light, and snug, but not irritating. Fit: I used the measurements described on the page. Based on the measurement, I purchased the Medium. The fit was between snug and tight, leaning a bit toward too tight. If you were using these as protection skateboarding or another contact sport for protection, that level of tightness might work. For long tern use, size large is more comfortable. Customer Service: Bodyprox US made contact with me directly to discuss the fit of the elbow guard. I mentioned that the medium was on the tight side, and they immediately made time to resolve the size issue. I received timely and constant emails guiding me through the process, and I can only say that their support was eager and proactive. From first to last, this product is excellent, and so was the service.

Every time I order these things, I trust the size chart and they are always too tight. I ordered Medium since my elbow circumference is 11” and my bicep is very average. But there is no way I can pull it up high enough to get the round cushioned area on my elbow where it would feel best. If this sounds like you, order a size larger and you’ll be happier. Otherwise, seems very high quality and should last long.

Comfortable. I wear them under my windbreaker. The idea of hitting an elbow on hard asphalt makes me wear these all the time when I'm on my 2 hour bike rides.

So this product is built very well for the price. Can probably take a serious beating and defend your elbow against damage. I got them for mountain biking. Which they would have done great at. Especially as I also body build and my arms grow and these stay tight while also allowing serious room for growth. So all that is great! The only single solitary problem is I see these being warm in the summer and due to the wool like feeling from the material though ever so small. Would cause rashing on longer rides or rides where you will bend your elbow alot. And in mountain biking you do. Again though. These are great if that is not an issue for you.

For people crawling under houses or anywhere else these work great. And fit good.
