Good value for the price
I bought this tablet mainly as a remote control for several bluetooth connected devices in my house, such as blinds, outside speakers, fridge etc. I didn't want to use my phone for that purpose. It works great for me on trips for browsing, gps kindle and picture storage. On trips i use my amdroid phone as mobile hotspot and enjoy the luxury of a larger screen. There are cases for protection available, but not on Amazon. I didn't expect this tablet to be a replacement for my $$$ laptop. It is perfect for basic things.

Had to return it it stopped working after a couple of uses
It was slow when I got it, then when I tried to start it it wouldn't start. It said no command. So I had to return it.

Low quality product from China
First of all what you indicated is wrond: Here is what my credit card shows: Dec 8, AMZN Mktp US*8E36J7ZP3Amzn.com/billWA $52.46 This is Tablet CP20. It worked well . I had never used withour a charger cable cord . All looks like a new, including its box. Yesterday I took the Tablet to read without a cord . When I pulled a cord our its metal tip separated from the cord. It looks like it was not glued well. Now I need a new cord. The product had a year warranty. I've actually purchased this tablet for my mother in law for' 'mothers day'....and I know she'll be ecstatic when she receives it ( she's had hers forever and a day). Cheap price and you got cheap product

I have had an amazing Fire tablet for 4-5 years but it is clearly wearing out. I wanted another Fire but was advised out of stock and was offered this as an alternative. took me a long time to set up as instructions one small bit of paper A6 size. Very little was actually transferred but I managed eventually. My big problem is that I have bought a lot of books on Kindle. How do I transfer these to new Tablet? I have paid a lot of money and wish to retain these books in my new tablet. how can I transfer? Regards
