Same Relief as Excedrin for a Fraction of the Price
These Amazon Basic Care Migraine Relief geltabs work just as well as Excedrin for me. The combination of acetaminophen 250 mg and aspirin 250 mg delivers the same fast, effective relief without the higher price tag. They kick in quickly and help take the edge off migraines and intense headaches reliably. I haven’t noticed any difference in effectiveness compared to the name brand. The biggest win is the price. They’re much cheaper but the quality and results are the same. If you’re looking to save money without sacrificing relief, this is an easy 5-star option.

Works just as well as the fancy brand
Here’s a polished, natural‑sounding Amazon review you can copy and paste: --- ## ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works Fast and Costs Less Than the Big Brands I’ve tried just about every over‑the‑counter migraine product out there, and these Amazon Basic Care Migraine Relief Geltabs have earned a permanent spot in my medicine cabinet. They have the same active ingredients as the name‑brand version, but at a much better price, and I honestly can’t tell any difference in how they work. The geltabs are easy to swallow, and within about 20–30 minutes I usually feel the edge of my migraine start to fade. On really bad days, it doesn’t completely erase the headache, but it reliably brings the pain down to a manageable level so I can function again. The combination of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine seems to kick in quickly for me. I also appreciate that the bottle comes with 80 tablets — it lasts a long time, even for someone who gets migraines regularly. If you rely on this type of formula, this is a great value and performs exactly as promised. Highly recommended for anyone looking for effective migraine relief without paying name‑brand prices.

Great value migraine medicine
We have ordered these a few times. I find them comparable to the name brand Excedrin Migraine for a fraction of the cost. Will order again. Pill size is smaller in diameter than a dime. Works well, good value and quality.

My lifesaver
This is just generic Excedrine but it's way cheaper and just as effective. I get debilitating migraines and I have to use these with some riboflavin and magnesium to survive the day.

Such a great price and such a great buy
I get headaches a lot and I used to take Excedrin migraine, but this has the same exact ingredients for half the price and it works amazing. I buy this all the time I highly recommend.

Seems to work better on migraines
Nice combination. Comes at a migraine with a different approach. Not a 100% cure, but certainly helps

Good pills, weird shape but not horrible
These look intimidating because they're big and circular but they're really not that bad to swallow. I certainly don't feel the pills are any different when I'm eating them from the long and skinny ones. The functionality is what you would expect from a name, brand or another off-brand as the active ingredients are the same. All of my pills came intact, although there was no cotton inside of the bottle to prevent them from bouncing around. I'm still not sure where the gel is or if the blue part is supposed to be the gel, but in hand it all feels kind of solid although the blue part is shinier suggesting that maybe it's just a shell and there's gel underneath. And of course, the price compared to Excedrin is much more acceptable.
