50M Cotton Twill Tape Ribbon, Bias Binding Tape Bunting Tape Twill Webbing Tape Sew Herringbone Roll Tape for Apron Sewing Dressmaking Craft

I purchased some brand name cotton tape from the big expensive hobby shop and it was flimsy, to the point of being more than a tad see through, not to mention horrifically costly. 50p a metre against this one, which worked out at 12p a metre. It's really worth buying in this size because you think of so many uses for it once you see how good it is. This tape is a whole different thing. Properly thick and sturdy. Pure white. Comes neatly rolled in a flat white box. All tightly rolled with a big black pearl headed pin holding it. All pristine and lovely for the neatness freak in me. The box rattled after I took it out and, upon looking, I found a free slimline tape measure in there, although I don't know if that was down to just the seller I chose. Nice little bonus. Made some cotton interlock jersey popper pants. It really neatened the edges. A layer of cotton jersey and a piece of this tape with interfacing sandwiched between made for a sturdy base, without being bulky, for plastic poppers applied with their special pliers. A small zigzag neatly around edges for a nice finish.

Good value long roll of webbing that will come in handy for many projects such as aprons.It has a good color and consitent size and gauge but is a little prne to frey as can be seen - hopefully sticking will retain this sso that shouldn't be a major issue.

Great quality tape, easy to use for making bunting. A lovely warm cream colour.
