Melts good in water (or milk) so you can take it to the gym. Just too sweet, for no reason, when using it with milk. I recommend to use water instead.

Escogí esta proteína por su precio y cantidad, pienso que el precio está muy bien para su calidad. Si miras los componentes los polvos tienen mucha más proteína que otros que son más caros. Viene mucha cantidad, y además incluye un cacito, lo cual es muy cómo para su uso. Eso sí, el bote pesa, y a no ser que quieras usar la propia proteína para entrenar te recomiendo que tengas algún sobrecito o algo de una proteína antigua para guardar una dosis más pequeña y manejable. La recomiendo 100%, precio y calidad muy buena, sabor que no cansa, textura normal, gran cantidad. El bote es gran y ocupa espacio, pero es normal, es enorme. Llevo con ella ya un tiempo y no me he cansado, es sabor vainilla y me gustó mucho. Bebido con agua y con leche está bueno, se puede usar hasta para hacer gachas.

This Protein is actually amazing.. 5.7% of it is ceratine so its like 1.7 grams of ceratine per serving ..it has 86 grams of protein per 100 grams..what do i need more..but for me it was the flavor..Vanilla Flavor was just amazing its like im having milkshake..but i have to mention its a bit to sweet..i drink it with water and it dissolves really good..overall i give it 4.7 .
