Adjustable Vent Deflectors That Work Well.
The media could not be loaded. These vent deflectors do a good job of directing heat and air conditioning where needed. The magnetic backing attaches firmly to metal vents, and the adjustable length from 8.5” to 15” makes them fit different register sizes. The clear plastic feels sturdy and doesn’t warp with warm air. With four in the pack, they are a practical and cost-effective way to improve airflow in any room.

Well worth the money!
If you think you need these, buy them. They're wonderful. We have floor vents that shoot straight up, but barely 3' away, and you can't feel a thing. Now I can. I can't believe I waited all these years and could have been much more comfortable for a mere $15.00. I tried one pair and bought a few more the next day. Well worth the money; it fits many vent sizes and works like a charm. I put one on a bathroom wall vent as well. A vent just above the baseboard, so now you can feel the air all over the room. Wishing I had thought of this years ago.

Average Product
These are great and we purchased a few for our house. My only complaint is that the magnetic strength is not amazing and it doesn't stay in place all the time, which may be a safety issue for tripping or for little children. The product also does not stay together well and can be frustrating to change the size of the device to fit your vent. Likely wouldn't purchase again.

Definitely Worth the Money
I live in an older home and my vents are on the walls near the ceiling. I always wondered how much heat I was wasting by having it stay in the top of the room all the time. I ordered a pair of these vents and my daughter put them up for me when they arrived. It took her less than a minute. The next day I noticed that the rooms were warmer - I could feel the heat coming from the furnace much better. So I went and turned the thermostat down a couple degrees! That means these things will actually pay for themselves.Other reviews have complained that they are flimsy or the magnets aren't good enough. For me, that is not true. They are air deflectors, people! I would call them lightweight, not flimsy. And if you are trying to make them fit something other than a metal register of the appropriate size, then you are a goofball. Read the description to be aware of what you are getting. These deflectors are clear so they are unobtrusive on the wall. Notice my different color walls in the photos. They deflect the air down into the room, so what's not to like?Nice product, reasonable price, good vendor, fast shipping - I say 5 stars!Remember... this is a small business trying to make a living. That's the kind of business we all want to support. I'm always amused when I read a cooking recipe review and they say... "I changed 3 ingredients and cooked it at a different temperature and it didn't work. They should have done better!" What the??? So don't be sticking these air deflectors on a non-metal surface or pulling them apart because your register is bigger than they will go. Those things mean you need a different product! The vendor can't come back and say such a thing but I can! Use them how they are meant to be used and you will be happy. Otherwise, get in line for a Darwin Award because you are definitely wading in the shallow end of the gene pool.Disclaimer - I mean no offense to anyone in particular. I just chose this moment to get on the soapbox and make a point about how people often make reviews. All is well so happy air-deflecting! :-)OH, OH, OH - I forgot to say I have no connection to this vendor! I don't know them and they don't know me. I was not paid or endorsed for this review. They are going to be surprised when they see it. I just like writing honest reviews. (you should check me out on Trip Advisor!) Isn't that a kick? Hahaha!

FYI, despite some of the obnoxious negative reviews, this is a great product!
Since I have an HVAC vent right behind my desk where I often sit, I needed a air deflector because it may be the cause of my neck muscle stiffness as of late. I read many reviews on different air deflectors on Amazon and I was disappointed. Some people said the product in question was good, others had very bad experiences. This made it frustrating as I wanted a good quality deflector. I decided to pay a little more and go with this deflector and I'm back with a review to tell you what I found.First off, the plastic on this deflector is not thin or flimsy as some reviewers said! Seriously, though. It's not paper-thin and it won't break easily if you properly handle it. Everything is "thin" and "flimsy" if you handle it recklessly. I don't get why some people with floor vents expect that it will hold together if you step on it. So, don't worry about the thickness of this deflector because it's plenty thick and rigid for its purpose. It's an air deflector for air re-direction, not a snow shovel or a pedestal.Second, the magnets are strong. The reviewers complaining about magnet strength probably have aluminum vents or vents with a thick coating that will reduce magnet strength. These magnets held the deflector very well and are easily capable of holding twice its weight on a ceiling vent. So, as long as your vents are magnetic, this deflector will hold without issues.Third, although the description does not specify the type of plastic used, the melting point of plastic in general is at a minimum of 100°C/212°F. Modern HVAC system furnace outlet temperature is typically around 170°F and shouldn't have the capacity to melt or deform this plastic deflector. If your heater is melting plastic deflectors, that's your problem and not a problem with the deflector, so you need to find an adequate solution for your heated situation.Overall, I am very satisfied with the vent deflector and it's doing a fantastic job as I typed up this review at my desk. I hope I cleared any confusion regarding this air deflector!
