Easy to swallow!
I have been buying these for a while now, always packaged well and delivered in good time.These capusles are smooth and not too big, I can swallow these easily. The main reason for me purchasing these is the fact that they are vegan, a bonus also that they do not leave that horrible fishy aftertaste. The ingredients seem good for quality and quantity.I personally have no side effects from taking these capsules ever day.

Good algae alternative
I got these when I transitioned to a vegan lifestyle and I was happy to find algae was an alternative option to fish oil. These are really easy to swallow and although they have a mild taste (think seaweed) it's fairly pleasant and passes quickly. Everything on the label is clearly written and the bottle was fully sealed on arrival. This is a reliable supplement brand and these are good quality ingredients, high in omega 3 which supports heart, bone and brain health. A decent supply for a decent price.

I order omega 3 on a regular basis as believe it a necessary supplement to take especially as you’re getting older and aids to a longer life ! Easy to take ( 2 a day) and definitely value for money.
