It helps, But....
It helps with night time snoring, but because of the design will irritate the inside of your nose. For the first week of trying to work with the product it caused nasal bleeding. Once I combined with a additional product that soften and extended the portion that you place into your nasal passages, it worked much better.

Didnt work, doesn't turn on, it just tried to widen the nose like nasal strips. Dont waste your money.
