Pretty happy with this product. Searched a lot of different places online and virtually to find the right product. Also tried two other products that were not the best (metal clips and did not fit as advertised) from competitors. This one was by far the most comfortable and well supported. I’m 6’5 as well so fit was the most important aspect. Been using it for a few weeks now and no issues. Definitely a relief from the discomfort!

Getting an IPP? Your boys are going to swell to the size of a small grapefruit and rub CONSTANTLY against your legs unless you get your danglies forward and out of the way. I have an average set of twins but NEEDED the XXXL size to accommodate their massive swelling after surgery. Order a few of these so you have fresh ones between washings.
