We bought this for a camping trip and used it about 6 time , so far no problems very fast and easy to install, not too noisy if installed correctly and very spacious.I would recommend it to anyone who for whatever reason doesn't want to pay the money for a roof box.

Product is ok, quality not bad, the only cons is that it is a massive struggle to fix it on the roof and them zip/unzip.

I bought this for our camping holiday, was really nervous that it was going to fall off. We fitted it on a panoramic roof and put light stuff In it bedding, clothes etc. we stopped once as I felt as though I’d not tightened it enough, it didn’t move once, I just pulled the straps as tight as possible. It’s a bit confusing to get the straps right but once they were in I just left them and folded it away.

Had a problem with the bag on the seam however even though passed amazons return date BOUCAY never hesitated to change the carrier. The after car has been amazing.

The product clearly advertises itself as being suitable for cars without any rack or roof bars. This is not the case if the rubber seal on the doorframe is glued, I can't secure it without damaging my car so it's utterly useless for me and now I've got a big problem for my upcoming holiday.

Installing a roof box is always a complicated and expensive decision. Not all cars are equipped for it from the factory, so we have to install the cross bars and often also the longitudinal bars (the complete roof rack). Apart from the money it costs, they stay there forever, with the effect that can have on the aerodynamics of the car, and therefore on fuel consumption.This product gives us a lot of options. If we have a roof rack, we can use it and it will be well supported and fixed. It will always be better fixed on a roof rack, but if we do not have any fixing system, we can also use it, and this is where its great advantage lies. A protective and anti-slip cloth is included for the latter case, so we avoid a direct contact between the box and the car to avoid damaging the paintwork.The other great advantage is clearly its size when not in use. Normally the car roof boxes are usually rigid so if we want to remove it from the car and store it at home, it takes up a lot of space. As it is made of fabric it is easier to break or cut than a rigid one. Although it includes a small padlock with numbers (3 digits), it is only a small lock for the zip, and of less security than the key that usually incorporates the rigid ones.Its installation is simple, with straps that ensure its fixation.
