Strong and mighty
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Excellent roller based on the amount of pressure I put in it. Its contour is nice and easy for my injured area. Would definitely get this sturdy product again. I use it at least 3 times a day for my PT and after workouts.

Very easy to use Massages my legs just fine before and after physical activity I think it’s very effective. It’s been making a great recovery tool and even a warm-up tool to get the muscles and game shape. I love that I can travel with it nice and easy and it comes with a cool box. Love it.

Awesome but poor design.
This thing is great. Definitely works! I am worried about the thin plastic piece that holds the spring in place on the outside. (See pic) Anyone with a basic understanding of engineering can see this will surely be a point of failure. At this price point I expected better engineering for longevity.

Excellent build quality
The quality is impeccable. I thought it was a bit expensive before seeing it; now that I've used it, it feels like a fair price. I can appreciate that it's hard for them to find the right strength: it's hard to get it open, my family said it just hurts, but I wish it were a bit stronger. I'm happy I got it but it's probably not for everybody.

Love it!
This gizmo is stupid expensive for what it is, but I love it! It's the best device when my quads and calves ache after a day of paddle tennis. I find it really speeds my recovery time.

NOT adjustable. Get the later version that has the adjusting knob (for spring tension) on top.
This particular version of this roller is NOT ADJUSTABLE for the tension of the spring. Later versions ARE adjustable. DO NOT BUY. My wife (a master's athlete) does not have the strength to use it, and I (currently #1 in the superweight throw in the world for my age group) can use it only with considerable difficulty).

Love it, great recovery tool
Works great for working my sore lega after heavy endurance training, working on some stiffness or tension. Essential in my recovery toolkit. Definitely recommend it. And I’ve even used it on my triceps. Works well for your forearms as well.
