What kind of plastic is this?

I wish I could be more helpful but neither the boxes, nor cups, nor the web site say what kind of plastic this is. I can tell you that we put paint in them and it holds up good without contaminating the paint. They are made in China.

do they come with lids?

As of August 2019, This box came with 12 lids. But I'm struggling to find additional lids to purchase. I'm only finding 8oz and 16 oz lids.

It says for mixing purposes only right on the cup. I am of the opinion that implies they are not food safe.

What are the mixing ratios printed on the cup?

1:1, 2:1:1, 3:1:1, 4:1:1,6:1:1, and 8:1:1. Also has lines for each ounce from 1 to 16.
