Love It!
Not sure what all the whining in on other reviews about the bag getting damp and smelling odd is all about as every oat bag I've ever had has been the same, so assume that's fairly standard.Absolutely love this bag. Stays warm for ages and can be used wherever needed. Not as big as I expected. The term, 'Body Wrap' gave the impression it would be bigger but I didn't check the dimensions because I wasn't that bothered. Really helps with my aching neck and back after work. Am going to get another one so my husband and I don't fight over it. Actually, we share it as it stays warm so long, but one each will be even better.

WORKS
But is very difficult to get an even heat out of it, there may be too few beans in each pouch, I'm not sure. The max recommenced time in the microwave is 2 mins for the MW I have and no matter how I position it in there it seems to heat unevenly. It also does not seem to stay hot for very long either. Useable but frankly not as effective as a hot water bottle.

Loved gift
Bought for wife for her neck pain and seems to work and the lavander scent it's her favourite.Scent wear off after few months but get you some scented oil and it will work as new.

Would not recommend
Yes its easy to use just heat it in the microwave, but it has no scent, just smells unpleasant and gets very sweaty when hot. After a couple of uses the filling dissolved by 50%. I’m sure there are better ones out there. Would not recommend. Sorry.

Ok
I use it for my EDS pain on my joint. It doesn’t stay warm very long but kind enough to sooth the pain a little bit. It gets very wet though. And the lavender smell isn’t strong (I was concerned about that as I wasn’t too keen on strong smell).
