Each outlet can be controlled individually via app and Alexa
It says in the description that it can only turn the whole power strip on/off with Alexa but not individually. Actually that’s incorrect. It’s able to turn the sockets on/off separately. Here is how.1. If you’re nEw to this, download Jinvoo Smart or TuyaSmart app2. Set up the smaRt power strip via the app3. Configure In Alexa app: Enable Jinvoo Smart skill if you’re using Jinvoo Smart app; Enable Tuya Smart skill if you’re using Tuya Smart app4. Ask Alexa to disCover devices and wait till it’s completed5. Rename the device name in the Jinvoo Smart or TuyaSmart app (ex. name it “Smart Power Strip”)6. Repeat step 4. (Ask Alexa to discover devices and wait till it’s completed)Now enjoy the separate control!Note: Ask Alexa to discover devices again once you change the name of the power strip or socketMy setting is Smart Power Strip>USB-K1-K2-K3-K4. So “Alexa, turn off Smart Power Strip” will turn off the whole power strip, and “Alexa, turn on K1” will just turn on the K1 socket only. This method works with Jinvoo Smart and TuyaSmart apps, no matter what brands. If you find this review helpful, please click on the “Yes” below. If not, just ignore this. Thanks.--- Something else ---I wish it will add QC and PD charging technologies to next version, and let each USB port to be controlled individually.

Schedules, integrations, convenience.
It is a very convenient way to manage multiple plugged devices from one place. Previously I got a few smart mini plugs, but you could only connect one appliance to each and control them separately. With this power strip everything becomes more easy. I hooked up all my aquarium stuff to it, and now have some automation in place too. For instance, the aquarium light goes on and off by a simple daily schedule, while the heater is only turned on if the indoor temperature is below 70 degrees (that part requires IFTTT integration though). And I don't even mention Alexa support - it's obvious that you can control any socket by voice command with this. One tip for Android users (not sure about IOS) - the original manual suggests to install "Jinvoo Smart" application, but I found that more mature and sophisticated "Smart Life" works better.

works well with Alexa, but makes a loud click when switching on/off
I bought this to control some lamps in my living room via Alexa rather than buy separate bulbs for each. It works fairly well for that purpose. I could not get it to sync to my phone or Wi-Fi using their EZ mode. It continuously failed to connect. I switched to the manual AP mode (this is the exact process all my other smart items require) and it connected quickly. I recommend using the AP mode for connecting to your Smart Home System. It looks very sturdy and high quality. The materials feel solid and not cheap. My only complaint is it clicks loudly when switching the plugs on and off and the clicks echo inside the plastic body which makes it sound thin and cheap and hollow. Connecting to Alexa was very easy and does NOT need a hub. Alexa can control it via the Jinwoo app. Included instructions are poorly translated into English as are some sections of the app. I guess that is to be expected to keep costs down.

This was our first entry into smart home stuff and we are sold
Welcome to the future. This was our first entry into smart home stuff and we are sold. I didn't want to invest in one "hub" or another, since we already have an Amazon Echo and I didn't want to fuss with smart bulbs with varying sizes/shapes etc in our existing lamps. The TuyaSmart app works well enough. Each of the outlets on the strip can be named a different thing in the app, then the whole strip can be grouped as well.Having the lights automatically turn on at a preset time is pretty nice, being able to turn them on with our phones, or voice with Echo/Alexa is fantastic. Wasn't sure if this was something we'd really end up using and now I can't imagine not.

Stopped Working
I had high hopes for this. It worked like a dream when I first got it. However, it worked for a few months then stopped. I tried resetting, unplugging and even trying a different network. It would work for an hour or so, then it would stop. I would have given 5 stars when I first purchased and now I just cannot do that. When it worked it was excellent. I could control it with my Echo Dot, through my Alexa App and the app that comes with this. It has 4 USB adapters which I never used but it has 4 plugs, each of which you can add a different appliance or light to it and only turn on that product. The app allows you to name each product, i.e., living room lamp, Christmas tree, etc.

Buy it. Love it. Won't regret it.
Well worth the money.1. Alexa compatible2. Can control USB ports and each individual socket via voice or app.3. Each sockets spaced apart4. Easy to connect and setup.5. Like buying 5 smart plugs but all in one.6. Tempted to buy another.7. No cons I could think of.

Convenient and reliable Power Strip Socket
This Power Strip Socket is convenient and reliable to use. Can be controlled using Amazon Echo. It also has timer function. For example, as you see on the image it has 4 plugs and USB plug. You can program each plugs when you want them to be on or off. So, it's pretty convenient when you are charging your phone and have to go to bed soon. Won't need to worry about over charging which lowers battery lifespan.Note: USB ports counts as 1 plug so if you have 4 phones plug in for charging, if you turn it off, those 4 phones will stop charging. That's probably the only con I can think about.I strongly recommend this one.

Horrible set up process
This product lied to me. It’s says it works with Alexa and I can’t get it work. I’ve uninstall and reinstall, move it closer to modem and still nothing works. Alexa does not recognize the device. It’s so frustrating to set this up. Im not going to buy this product again.
