Decent storage drive for a RAID 1 set
While they wouldn't be the best drive for an application that needs a lot of random read/writes for a RAID set for NAS or some storage on a homelab server this works fairly well. The time to build the RAID 1 set can be a bit time consuming, but otherwise worked great for my use case.

Actual product is not green but still a good hdd
Drive was new and delivered quickly. I did not receive what the image on the Amazon page showed, it is instead a relatively bare HDD. To be clear, I am referring to the product being different in appearance and not the packaging. I am building a pc as a gift, and the theme is neon green. The hdd bay on the pc case basically displays the hdd, which lead me to buy this green one. It is not green, it is chrome and blue which is disappointing.

Good basic spinner
I have a few of these and they seem to be quite robust.

Replacement worked fine
First one would not format due to excessive i/o errors. Replacement arrived in 48 hours, no fuss, no problems. Capacity is excellent. Would recommend a full surface scan before investing in a format (takes over 24 hours). This 2" drive is 15mm thick rather than the more normal 9mm so doesn't fit into many of the standard external drive cans, nor into the Dell R495D internal caddy. Had to buy an Inatek metal caddy which solved the problem, as long as you don't use their pan-head screws. Make sure you have 15mm clearance where you are going to install this as it has twice as many platters as the normal 9mm 2TB disk - but well worth having the extra disk space. Great value and great service.

Product good, delivery bad. The Amazon driver for the 2nd time in as many days were directed by the Amazon napping app to the wrong house. Please update your mapping system

Installed as Second Drive in My Intel NUC
My new little Intel NUC mini PC came with a nice size SSD, but I wanted more on-board storage. I'm using the NUC for video production and that eats up a lot of drive space. This little Seagate is a 4TB beast. That should last me a day or two! It dropped easily into the slot provided inside the NUC, and it was easily addressed simply following the Windows hard drive installation instructions. It's like a 15min job. That went great! Time to go to work!
