Good quality, but very strong flavour, so you kind of need to hide it in a strong flavoured food, but I would say best put with a fish dish as it does taste of the sea.

Great value, and obviously organic kelp is extremely healthy for you. However I would describe the kelp as smelling and tasting like a farmer just spread muck over the fields on a very warm summers day. It taints the taste of every smoothie I tried. Perhaps just my batch but if you don't like strong tastes it could be a challenge.
