these are more expensive but they are worth it, worth every penny they are 4 times better than any other ice tray fill easily, drain off the excess with ease when you crack out the ice the flap directs the ice down preventing cubes from going flying the flap is easily detachable for cleaning and easily re-attached the flap makes these stable when stacking and leak proof unless your careless the flap keeps the air out of the icecubes reminds me of the tupperware era instant classic these are

These are absolutely the best ice trays I have ever owned in my life and you wouldn’t think an ice tray would be a hard thing to get right, but it actually is for most companies, but this these are perfect

I bought one of these trays about a year ago. I don’t use ice sll the time, so it’s frustrating to find it has evaporated from the tray over time. I loved that tray so much that in the warmer weather I decided to buy the double pack to ensure we always had ice available. So glad I did!! These really work well to eliminate evaporation and prevent the ice from picking up any odors. They are easy-release as well, and stack nicely in the fridge.

Spill proof? I guess. The silicone mat can also keep out freezer smells. Size of the cubes is smaller and you kinda have to use your fingers to push them out. I’m going back to the old Rubbermaid stand-by in white

These ice trays are so simple to use that my four year old is able to refill the ice tray. It's so nice being to put them just about anywhere in the freezer without having to worry too much about water spilling over. All other ice trays feel significantly inferior to this product.

These are my favorite ice cube trays because they are so easy to remove. I wish they had as many cubes as other more common trays. If you have arthritis in your fingers, these are easier to break lose than traditional, deeper cube sizes.

I'm surprised I'm writing a review of ice cube trays - but they are that cool! I wasn't sold on the price since you can buy an ice cube tray for cheap anywhere, but I was desperate for a way to maximize my small freezer space and looking for a tray with a cover. These are so easy to get the ice out - no more banging or twisting the tray this way and that. They slide right out after one twist. They stack nicely, too. I wish I had bought these years ago!

Finally a tray that ticks all the boxes. It's easy and convenient to use, leaves no chemical taste or odor, doesn't take up much space, and stacks nicely. Just give the tray a slight twist to loosen the cubes, then press one side of the cube and it slides right out. Haven't tested the "no spill" claim and probably never will since I see no point in storing them vertically in the freezer.

Best ice cube trays out there. I just wish they weren’t so darn expensive.

I love these ice trays. The "cubes" come out easily and it's handy to have the rubber lid. I've improved the design. I drilled a hole at the end of the spillway to allow excess water to more easily drain into the sink when I am adding water. This reduces the accumulation of excess water in the surrounding reservoir. I've attached two photos. I was careful not to drill the holes too big because I didn't want to have water dripping out into my freezer. My modification has been working very well.

I put off using these as they take up so much space in my little bottom freezer for my fridge. But once I made the room, and actually tried them I really loved how easy they are to fill and remove the ice. I’ve been using the semi silicone ones with lids that break apart and my fingers are very sore from those. These ones, no sore fingers at all. Very impressed with how easy they work. The lid does tend to pop up from the frozen ice but I have them flat, so for me this isn’t an issue. I also can carry it a bit awkwardly with one hand because it is very large. Smaller trays are easier than this one, but do not release the cubes as well! All in all, this is my favourite tray for saving my fingers from damage from trying to get ice out of trays easily. I’m reordering more of them to replace the semi silicone types that I have now. Thank you.

These trays are a refreshing change from silicone trays, which are difficult from which to extract the cubes. I like the silicone cover that prevents water spilling on the trip from faucet to freezer, and the curved cups make extraction a breeze. Very happy with this purchase!
