I previously had a faux-leather gaming chair that after a year was in a pretty poor state I started looking for a new chair that could offer better comfort for my back whilst I worked.Came across this chair at a reasonable price and based on reviews thought I'd give it a go.Only had it a few days but my experience so far:- Comfort: The chair is very comfortable and supports my back nicely. The chair can lift a bit higher than my previous chair as well which is great as it puts me at a more comfortable height. It reclines quite far back and wit the foot-stool allows me to pretty much lay down on it whilst watching tv or videos.- Construction: The chair was fairly easy to put together, supplied with a picture-diagram instructions which were for the most part easy to follow. The only grips with this were one of the screw holes don't appear to be correctly done so the screw didn't go in all the way (but is in enough to keep the chair stable) and getting the stool on properly was a bit of a struggle based on instructions alone (had to check pictures on here to make sure it was the right way round).The chair feels very sturdy and the material is nice (just need to see how well it deals with everyday use).- Bonus: Didn't realise it came with a USB massage pillow - quite a nice feature to ease my back up a bit.Overall, quite happy with the chair so far and there's a 3 year after-sales service from seller so hopefully wont have to buy a new chair for a while now.

I actually really like this chair, it was very easy to assemble as it took me 20 mins, instructions are clear and easy to follow.Chairs design is very comfy, sturdy and looks great, most chairs I’ve used hurt my butt after sitting on them for a long period of time but this has a really comfy and soft base, not to mention it’s very big so I can cross my legs too if I want to. The reclining is a good plus to have too, if I’m ever in the mood to watch a video / movie, very relaxing. The foot support is good, not very cushiony but it does what it’s meant to do and you don’t have to use it if you don’t want to but it’s good to have.The only thing which I would want is height adjustable arm rests, not that the ones on the chair are uncomfy but I just like having them high.I also am not sure what the cushion behind my lower back is for as it has a wire, I think it’s a speaker apparently but I won’t be using it, you can remove it by just opening the cushion with the zip and taking it out.All in all I’m very happy with this chair, very good value for money and would recommend if you’re on a budget.

Was looking for a cheap gaming chair to go with my set up, just until i had the money to get a better higher brand one -- thought I'd hit the jackpot with this. It's been a nightmare since day one. The arm of the chair came loose and fell off within very little time, the wheels broke first day, there were tears in the fabric and the frame was as sturdy as a house made of straw. It was completely unusable.I got onto Amazon about it, and they have been a nightmare since day one of requesting the refund. I had to fight to get the refund, they said they'd give it to me once a courier had collected the parcel. Courier never came to collect, told this to Amazon -- they rescheduled. Didn't turn up again (I took 2 days off of work to wait for said collection). I then decided that I'd take the chair to my local shop to get it sent out that way. That worked, but Amazon still never processed the return. I called them again to ask about the status, they said it was sorted and that I'd get the return within 10 days. That's not happened, I'm still waiting on the refund as we speak, except now my account says that it's been lost in transit (despite Amazon telling me they'd received it) and that the refund is still pending. Honestly it's been a nightmare.So if you're thinking about buying this chair, just know that you'll be receiving a broken, unusable chair and a lifetime supply of headaches from dealing with Customer Service.
