Old school but good
I would recommend this for an elderly person. It's small, light, and easy to use as buttons are a good size and the charging stand makes it easy to keep charged. The screen is clear and has a handy second screen when shut. The Sound quality is fine for purpose. The radio and torch is a nice touch and the SOS button could be a life saver in an emergency. Would recommend.

Dis not fit a UK O2 SIM anymore from a few years ago . Why Damage a SIM card to use this??
Return went through fine, so can't complain. But be warned.. I had to return as my SIM card would not go into a tiny tiny slot (even in its smallest cut down size) that did not even open up any more.It is a fixed arch of metal now, not like the old models of this brand, that lifted open on a swing door and slide mechanism.. never putting the delicate chip of card under any stress.SIM card would have been shredded and damaged forcing it into this new welded down slot! I doubt we could have ever get it out again either!I have now bought us the older model of this brand in red again with the old opening SIM card slot. It is Bigger card space and Easy to take card in and out fine. MUCH BETTER. Why change it?Is it compatible with UK O2 even now? I was not going to use force and damage SIM. Mystified???

Lovely little feature phone,excellent reception, and battery life,so easy to use and set up, clear display, responsive keypad,probably one the nicest flip phones out there, buy one you won't be disappointed, highly recommended, very fast delivery by Amazon.

Good phone
It's a good easy phone to use. Which we got for my 88 year old mother in law.Charging on the cradle, doesn't always connect first time! Which can be a bit of a nightmare!

faulty phone
i purchased this phone in nov23..for a 92 year old gentleman..he was happy with it..BUT,,now the phone wont charge, so he cannot use it..dont know if its the battery or charger...seeing that its his only thing he has for contact to his family etc...im very disapointed with the item and cant get a response from anybody for what to do next...disapointed customer....i am still waiting for you to answer your last text..about sim card etc...i have never had anything bad from me buying on amazon...but YOU...very unhappy customer ,,especially as its for a 92year old man....

voilà, it decided it had better things to do than charge
Oh, the joy of modern technology! My Easyfone T300 arrived promptly—what a miracle! Fast forward just two months, and voilà, it decided it had better things to do than charge or, you know, work. I bought this gem for my elderly mother, who is now back in the tech dark ages with zero contact.Amazon, being ever so helpful, tells me it was sold by a third party and I should contact them. Because who doesn’t love making international calls to China? Instead, I guess this phone will just enjoy its early retirement.Unless you fancy cheap calls to China or leaving a vulnerable person cut off from the world, I’d give this product a miss. Cheers! 🥂
