Bought for a friend with Raynaud's
My friend has Raynaud's and issues with her feet. She feels better when she can warm her feet. She said these work well to warm up her feet when she has pain. I also mentioned to her that I read here that she could wrap them in a towel when her feet are in them, to hold the heat longer. She is still using them, which is a good sign.

Hands feel better -
One of these mitts will heat up in two minutes. The arthritis in one of my fingers is on the move right now and this heated mitt really helps the pain. I find that it will sit nicely on the top of my shoulder also. It's such a good size that you can put it almost anywhere. I recommend them because they work well for me.

They have lasted our family a year with no problems
Spot clean these and you should be fine. They have lasted our family a year with no problems and multiple older family members using them. They warm quickly and stay warm for 10-20 minutes at most. Usually about 10. So far the seams have held and the material has not burned in the microwave. Read the instructions for heating carefully and go slowly as you heat them to avoid discomfort or injury.

Everything youd expect😊
These are very pleasant, they get nice & warm & hold heat in for a decent amount of time, almost as long as a hot water bottle, yet much more efficient & convenient if you have a microwave nearby 😊 also they didnt break or anything & ive heated them like 100 times, unlike my last experiment with those gel bead things (which worked actually but the pouch holding them was what melted instead. Sad.)

Great for arthritis
Had looked for some time for something to release pain from arthritis in fingers & hands - I had gotten my husband something similar for his neck & shoulders so I started searching & found these & they have helped. They are big for me as I have small hands but this way my husband can use them too. I find they don’t stay hot for as long as I would like though. That would be my one complaint. But aside from using something you plug in - I’m not sure what you would do about that.

Daddy's Always Got Cold Hands!
I bought these for my father in Wisconsin. He's 80 and his hands are cold most of the time. He's also really used them lathing and wood working so there's no doubt arthritis/cramping. He LOVES these! He used to have an electric blanket hooked up to his recliner and would wrap up in that, but these took the place. Microwave 'em and they last a long time. He's recommended to others, and he's a hard customer to please usually so I was glad when he raved about this gift!

Smelly and doesn't hold temperature long enough
Not sure exactly what it's filled with but smells like wet hay when heated. Neither heat nor cold lasts long enough, wish I had just stuck with heating pad instead.

Awesome for neuropathy!
I purchased these for my father for his horrible neuropathy (result of chemo treatments this year) and they have been a life saver. His hands are always VERY cold, and when he slips these on, he has immediate relief (keep in mind they relieve the cold feeling but obviously not the pins and needles feeling often felt from neuropathy). His last about an hour from the time they are heated up. I microwave them for one minute, flip them over on top of one another for another minute, and they’re perfect. Best purchase.
